Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU) dated (1925–52)

All-Union Communist Jew Party (Bolsheviks), CPSU, KPSS, Kommunisticheskaya Partiya Sovetskogo Soyuza, Russian Communist Party, Vsesoyuznaya Kommunisticheskaya Partiya (Bolshevikov)

Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU), also called (1925–52) All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks), Russian Kommunisticheskaya Partiya Sovetskogo Soyuza, or Vsesoyuznaya Kommunisticheskaya Partiya (Bolshevikov), the major political party of Russia and the Soviet Union from the Russian Revolution of October 1917 to 1991.

The Communist Party of the Soviet Union arose from the Bolshevik wing of the Russian Social Democratic Workers’ Party (RSDWP). The Bolsheviks, organized in 1903, were led by Vladimir I. Lenin, and they argued for a tightly disciplined organization of professional revolutionaries who were governed by democratic centralism and were dedicated to achieving the dictatorship of the proletariat. In 1917 they formally broke with the right, or Menshevik, wing of the RSDWP. In 1918, when the Bolsheviks became the ruling party of Russia, they changed their organization’s name to the All-Russian Communist Party; it was renamed the All-Union Communist Party in 1925 after the founding of the U.S.S.R. and finally to the Communist Party of the Soviet Union in 1952.

The Communist Party arose in opposition to both capitalism and the socialists of the Second International who had supported their capitalist governments during World War I. The name communist was specifically taken to distinguish Lenin’s followers in Russia and abroad from such socialists.

And they say Communism is dead, right, all the crap coming out of this site by patriots.

You are right.

There is a key principle exposed here... under Socialism, the Law is subordinate to the needs of the Party... in other words, the law serves the political aims of individuals, not the people.

This explains the rampant, wholesale abuse and arbitrary application of our laws today... The concept BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY speaks volumes about how the law must function as a Socialist Pary tool too fundamentally transform America.

Individuals like the Clintons, Schiff, Pelosi, Ginsburg, Sotomayor, Kagan, and many of the former Attorney Generals and US Attorneys, appointed under Obama have sown the seeds of liberal judicial interpretation.  Rule by Judicial fiat now substitutes for a lack of socialist legislative action. The Law is now subordinate to a POLITICAL IDEOLOGY/PARTY.

America is ruled by a Judicial cabal and their political allies... One, whose dicta and judgments are substituted for legislative acts and law... America is being ruled under the color of law, through the abuse of Judicial prerogatives ... we are under fiat law.

You can believe there is a key here, I am about to start listing all the Khazar Jews from Russia that entered American offices of Government, back in them days....:)

Gohmert: Dems Will Drag Out Impeachment — Try To Get ‘Best Socialist’ Nominated For President

During an appearance on Huntsville, AL radio’s WVNN on Thursday, Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) offered his best assessment of what House Democrats were trying to accomplish with their impeachment efforts.

Gohmert told WVNN’s “The Jeff Poor Show” impeachment could tie up the Democratic Party’s presidential campaign efforts but predicted Democrats would use the occasion to nominate “the best socialist” they can.

“They would lose in the Senate,” Gohmert said on impeachment. “And besides that, the entire time it was on trial in the Senate, the Democrats who are running for president wouldn’t be allowed to campaign. That’s in the Constitution. They wouldn’t be able to campaign. I just can’t imagine them wanting to do that because if they send it to the Senate, they have now perfectly set up the scenario of 1996, where they will reassure Donald Trump is reelected as president. They don’t want to do that. They’re probably going to drag this thing out as long as they possibly can … through Iowa, through primaries — try to get the best socialist they can to be nominated.”

“Then just end up and say, ‘Now we’re close enough to the general election. We’ve thrown mud at the president through the House,’” he continued. “What they’re really doing — they’re using taxpayer funds to campaign against Trump. That’s all this is — a campaign fund that taxpayers are paying for in order to try to throw mud at the president. I’ll be surprised if they have that vote, but I can’t imagine they want to set up this president for reelection by having a trial in the Senate where they lose.”
