Christian Real Estate Agent is FORBIDDEN to Make Religious Statements 'then sues'

A Richmond-area real estate agent is suing the Virginia Real Estate Board after being told she couldn’t include Christian messages on her professional website and emails because of fair housing laws.

In a lawsuit filed this week in Richmond Circuit Court, Hadassah Carter claims the anti-discrimination policy violated her rights to religious expression.

Though she could have removed the material and continued working under extra scrutiny, Carter says the state’s action led her to resign from the Chesterfield County real estate agency where she worked. State records show Carter’s real estate license is still active, but the suit says she “fears making religious statements in connection with her realty practice” because the board could take further disciplinary action.

Carter filed the suit in coordination with the American Center for Law and Justice, a conservative group affiliated with Regent University in Virginia Beach. In a blog post, ACLJ attorney and commentator Jordan Sekulow said it was the state, not a person seeking housing, who complained about Carter’s activity to the Virginia Fair Housing Office.

“No one should have to justify their free speech or their religion to a regulatory body,” Sekulow wrote. “To threaten someone’s job because they express their faith makes free speech unfree.”

So the Federal government religion is telling her no religion is allowed in business. So why does the Federal government practice religion?

Trying to be a smarty pants Hmmm?

The Founding Fathers and the US Constitution was based on One Nation Under God, mostly Christian.

The different faith of men, as long as one does not adversely effect the other. In other words do not claim rights to God's Words because a people wrote the text.

Now to separate the officials within our Government, are they religious? That would depend on their ideology.

Such gay rights applied into our Constitution, fabricated, falsely applied.

The Federal Government, is not a religion, its a building. Practice religion???? really>>>:)

Employees of the US federal government built the United Nations NWO programs. The UN program is for open borders world wide more so in the EU. Thousands  of people are being murdered, women brutally raped...

I do not see a reply back yet...:)- LMAO at the whole system.

of another young black gay escort was found at the West Hollywood home of Ed Buck, a top Democrat donor and political activist.

As previously reported, a black gay escort named Gemmel Moore died of a meth overdose at Ed Buck’s West Hollywood home in July of 2017.

The LA County District Attorney’s Office previously declined to prosecute Ed Buck saying the evidence was “insufficient to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that (Buck) is responsible for the death of Gemmel Moore,” which sparked an outrage from family members and others in the community.

Jasmyne Cannick told FOX and Friends nearly a dozen black men have come forward to speak on their experiences with “serial predator” Ed Buck.
Cannick also went off on the Democrat Party: “Over 77% of black people in California vote Democratic. We vote for Democrats.

It is a shame that when something like this happens, when you have the chair of your state party when at the time of this , Eric Bauman, who was willing to turn a blind eye as well as instruct others not to speak on it. As a black woman, as a black Democrat, I expect more from my party.

Last week, a black male was seen entering Ed Buck’s seedy LA apartment.
