On Saturday, California Gov. Jerry Brown signed the Trust Act. It prohibits illegal aliens from being turned over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) authorities for possible deportation unless they have been charged with or convicted of a serious offense. ”While Washington waffles on immigration, California’s forging ahead,” Brown said. ”I’m not waiting.”

California is indeed forging ahead. Last Thursday, Brown signed a bill allowing illegal aliens to obtain drivers’ licenses. ”Millions of immigrant families have been looking forward to this day,” said Democratic Assemblyman Luis Alejo, who sponsored the bill. “It will allow them to go to work, go to school, take their kids to a doctor’s appointment without fear that they are going to have their car taken away from them, or worse, be put into immigration proceedings.”

Not “immigrant families.” Illegal immigrant families.

Brown was even busier on Saturday. In addition to the Trust Act, he signed another seven bills aimed at blurring, if not eradicating the distinction between law-abiding legal immigrants and their illegal counterparts. The measures included imposing restrictions on those who charge fees to help illegals gain legal status–and the ability to criminally charge employers who threaten to report an individual’s immigration status, if that threat is used to “induce fear.” Given that it is against the law to hire illegals, Brown and his fellow Democrats have essentially given illegals the power to threaten their employers.

Even more remarkably, Brown also signed a bill that permits the California Supreme Court to grant law licenses to illegal aliens.

Illegal-alien rights activists were ecstatic. “Today marks the dawn of a new era in California’s immigrant communities,” said Reshma Shamasunder, director of the California Immigrant Policy Center. Her organization declared 2013 the “year of the immigrant” in California.

Tom Ammiano (D-San Francisco) who sponsored the Trust Act, rationalized its passage in a September press release. “Federal officials have held people whose worst alleged violation was selling tamales without a permit or having a barking dog,” he explained. “Even crime victims have been deported. We need to end that to bring back trust between our communities and the local law enforcement agencies supposed to protect them.”

That press release was a window into the mindset of the activist American left, for whom the rule of law its little more than an inconvenient impediment that can be ignored in pursuit of “nobler” ambitions. It further noted that the Trust Act was crafted to defy a federal immigration program known as Secure Communities, or S-Comm. The release bemoaned the fact that more the 50,000 “contributing Californians” had been deported “though they had not been convicted of any crime, or only minor crimes.” In other words, being in the country illegally is completely irrelevant.

no problem   but while your copying it and sending it to congregations etc  make sure the congregations are not 501c3's  as they have been totally compromised and now are in the enemies camp !  I doubt if they will even accept these facts...... mainstream Christianity is not what I received from reading GODS literal Word....  as a matter of fact i have been blessed with real christianity   first century   first decade christianity   is completely different from todays Christianity... "in vain do they worship me teaching for doctrine the commandmant of man leaving MY word of no affect"  Our Lord was speaking both of the pharisees of His day and all man made satan inspired religions every day after!!!!!!  may God help the lost confused sheeple who do receive this to understand the consequences soon to arrive IF nothing is done...

It's sad that the Obama/Holder DOJ will go after states that try to protect their borders from invasion or try to protect the integrity of their electoral systems against ineligible voter but won't go after states that establish illegal sanctuary policies.

As goes California, so goes the nation.

Depends on how good our prayer life gets. if we keep on in a state of essentially-Godless complacency, we're over with.

What a Traitor!  Brown should swing for this.

This man Jerry Brown is the other major nut case in government in control & power making gross mistakes and harming USA legal citizens as well as his own beautiful state of California. Might as well call the state a part of Mexico no longer part of USA! They get nothing from Feds and give nothing, they are gone!

Northern California has a secessionist movement. I say, let the North retain statehood and give the South back to Mexico.

It's only fair.

We have our own way in dealing with mexifornia, and a couple other  commie run states,
We simply will not do business with any business entity operating in these states.
There is nothing that we buy, that cannot be found and purchesed from other states.
We will not support mexifornia based business with one nickel.

If the people of mexifornia and a couple other states are idiots enough to elect these
sorry arsed excuses for human beings as their political managers, then they get what
they voted for, but the rest of us do not need to support stupidity.

If mexifornians,  michagnders,  connetitiuters,  don't like their gooooo0oberment
masters of destruction, then it is up to the citizens of each of these states to take
whatever necessary action, to remove the destructive managment,  and put new
blood in the offices that will put the citizens first and foremost on their plate, and
take the communist libertard agenda, and stuff it down a sewer.
Nothing in life is free, and until folks wake up and take their own bull by the horns,
and take whatever physical measures necessary to return their own area / state to
some sort of sanity, and personal responsibility for their own well being and support,
not one thing will change,  except only get worse, till the sewer gets so erroded
it collapses on its self, as had happened in EVERY liberal communist attempt at
control.

I AGREE THT. CALIFORNIA IS THE DEMOCRATIC RUN FOR 32 YRS. AWFUL STATE.  WE WORK OUR BUTTS OFF TRYING TO CHANGE TO A REPUBLIC/REPUBLICAN STATE.  I DO NOT LIKE LIBS/DEMS A SINGLE BIT.  THERE ARE A LOT OF GOOD PEOPLE HERE WHO CAN NOT AFORD TO LEAVE.  WE R THE BREAD BASKET OF THE WORLD BUT WILL NOT B FOR LONG.  THE ONLY PROB W/THE SECESSIONISTS MOVEMENT IS I AM STUCK IN THE VALLEY BECAUSE OF WORK, AS SOON AS I RETIRE I WILL LEAVE BUT WILL HVE. TO GO FAR UP INTO NORTHERN AWAY FRM. SFO=PEELOSI.  THEN YES MEXICO CAN HVE. SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, HOLLYWOOD, SFO (castro district).

YES, Eleanor !   For many years I have avoided buying anything made or sold in CA.  ("as CA goes, so does the nation").  As I have said before, people in CA have a Attitude.  American taxpayers gave them may billions and maybe a trillion $ for over a period of like 50 years.  And people spoiled those in CA by throwing money at those in Hollywood and Dizzy Land.  Americans have idolized the sick and twisted of Hollywood.

And until enough people do as you suggest Eleanor Jones, CA will continue on it's path and it's rot will spread to other parts of the Nation.

It's obvious that too many in the Tea Party movement put too much blame on the politicians when most of the blame needs to be placed upon the people that elected the politicians.  Getting rid of most all that are now in congress will not result in any changes.  People will just elect the same type of people next time.

We need to also boycott the companies that advertise on the Lame Stream Media.  There is a chance for some money to be made also.

After making my previous comment about mexifornia, I just happened to read this:

Some parents of students at Cactus Shadows High School are outraged over a play
that has the students acting out sexual acts with a goat, and using vulgar sexual
expressions.
One would normally believe this school to be in the land of fruits and
nuts, but it seems that the land of fruits and nuts is spreading, as this is in
cave creek , Arizona.

There is no hope for liberals, they are already on their way to hell in a handbag.
Sex with goats, sheep and little boys is an accepted way of life in Afganistan
and pakistan among muslim men.    now you talk about turd world spreading
of the liberal progressive agenda........ sick, sick, sick.....
talk about the sewer collapsing on itself..........

ALERT ALERT

Fact Check:   'Joe Biden Claims ‘We Didn’t Lock People Up In Cages’

CLAIM: Former Vice President Joe Biden claimed, on immigration: “We didn’t lock people up in cages.”

VERDICT: FALSE. The “cages” were built by the Obama-Biden administration.

Univision moderator Jorge Ramos asked Biden at the third Democrat debate at Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas, why Latinos should trust him after the Obama administration continued deporting “undocumented immigrants.”

Biden claimed that the Obama administration’s policies were more humane than those of President Donald Trump: “We didn’t lock people up in cages,” he said.

In fact, the “cages” were built by the Obama administration to deal with a surge of unaccompanied minors who crossed the border illegally in 2014.

Originally, the Obama administration was “warehousing” children — literally — in overwhelmed Border Patrol facilities. Breitbart News broke the story of the surge, which was partly triggered by Obama’s policy of allowing illegal alien children who entered the country as minors to stay in the country (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA).

The above photo was published by the Associated Press in June 2014, and the photo below is of Obama’s Secretary of Homeland Security, Jeh Johnson, touring a Border Patrol facility with “cages.”

The “cages” are chain-link enclosures in Border Patrol processing facilities that are meant to protect children from adults in custody. They are not permanent accommodations.

In mid-2018, as the Trump administration began enforcing a “zero tolerance” policy that stopped the “catch-and-release” policy of letting illegal aliens go after they were arrested. Detaining adults and children meant that children had to be processed separately; the enclosures prevented adults from harming children.

As Breitbart News reported at the time, children were not housed in “cages.” They were processed and then taken to shelters, where they were given medical care, toiletries, education, recreation, and counseling, and where staff attempted to find relatives or sponsors to whom they could be released.

Democrats began tweeting images of “kids in cages” to condemn the Trump administration. Journalists, too, shared those images.

One problem: they were taken during the Obama administration.

Public outrage at the images led President Trump to end the policy, and require families to be detained together.

Democrats keep repeating the mistake, however: in July, they had to delete a tweet that used an image from the Obama era and cited the “inhumane treatment” of children by the Trump administration.

Republicans argue that not detaining illegal aliens is actually the cruel policy, because it encourages migrants to undertake a dangerous journey, often guided by cartels and smugglers.

As Breitbart News’ Alana Mastrangelo noted recently:

But what’s worse than “cages,” however, are reports of migrant children also being handed over to human traffickers during the Obama administration — while Biden was vice president — according to the New York Times. Between October 2013 and July 2015 alone, nearly 80,000 unaccompanied children from Central American countries were detained by U.S. authorities.

It remains unclear how many of the tens of thousands of children were handed over to human traffickers — including sex traffickers — during that span of nearly two years, as those cases are reportedly not tracked.

“Others were ransomed by the very smugglers to whom their families paid thousands of dollars to sneak them into the United States,” reported the New York Times in 2015, during Obama’s presidency and Biden’s vice presidency. “Some lost limbs during the journey or found themselves sold into sexual slavery.”

Biden told voters in South Carolina last month that he would close all border detention facilities, guaranteeing that the migrant flow would continue.
