Atheist Group Forces Removal of 'God's Laws' Plaque from Minnesota Courthouse

Minnesota's Saint Louis County has removed a long-standing "God's laws" plaque that was prominently displayed in the county courthouse in Hibbing after receiving a complaint from one of the nation's largest secular legal groups.

The plaque in question, which has been embedded into the wall of the courthouse underneath the county seal since it opened over seven decades ago, was removed on Monday to avoid avoid any kind of potential legal battle.

The display not only listed the Ten Commandments, but also quotes Jesus' Greatest Commandment as referenced in Mark 12:30-31: "You shall love the Lord your god with all your heart, all your mind and with all your strength. You shall love your neighbor as yourself."

"After careful consideration, a determination was made to remove the plaque from public display," County Administrator Kevin Gray said in a statement, according to Fox21. "As you might presume, the law and norms have developed considerably since the plaque was initially installed decades ago."

The decision comes after the Wisconsin-based Freedom From Religion Foundation, which advocates for a strict separation of church and state and claims over 600 members in Minnesota, sent a letter to Gray in early February demanding the plaque removal.

In his statement, Gray explained that the decision to remove the plaque was made after the county's attorney's office researched applicable law and related U.S. Supreme Court precedents.

"Removal of the plaque was scheduled during a time that would have the least disruption to courtroom and other courthouse activities," Gray explained.

The FFRF letter to Gray, which was written by senior counsel Patrick Elliott, argued that the plaque constitutes a government endorsement of religion and violates the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.

"Given the content of the display, a reasonable observer would view it as an endorsement of religion," Elliott wrote. "The display directly connects Saint Louis County and the district court with Christianity."

"Ten Commandments displays within or near courtrooms are especially concerning given the religious message they impart," Elliott continued. "They affiliate the justice system with biblical prohibitions, rather than our secular law. They signal that court is not impartial."

Elliott cited the 2005 Supreme Court case of McCreary County v. American Civil Liberties Union, where the court ruled that Ten Commandments monument displays at two Kentucky courthouses were a violation of the Constitution.

The same court also ruled in Van Orden v. Perry that a Ten Commandments statue put on display in a park behind the state capitol building in Austin did not violate the Establishment Clause because it was erected in a park that also featured 17 other monuments and 21 historical markers that together represent the "ideals" of Texas' historical heritage.

"It is grotesque to insinuate that the Ten Commandments are associated with a county government's justice system in any way," FFRF Co-President Annie Laurie Gaylor said in a statement. "Saint Louis County did the right thing."

The People of Minnesota need to remove Gray from his office ASAP... the attorneys involved need to have complaints filed with the Bar Association for misrepresenting the Law on the display of religious/historic content in the public forum... the display of the 10 Commandments is allowed... in fact, the US Supreme Court displays them.  The people must demand that the legal counsels involved be disbarred for suborning perjury and misrepresentation of the law.

Minnesota is just one more filthy socialist state and the people of Minnesota either need to be aggressively confronting such misguided policy or expect their state to continue its path into perdition.

those anti-God people will one day regret their actions, as will those who rule against God in court cases.  All will face the Judgement Seat but those without Jesus Christ as their legal representative will find a very hot eternity and I believe those who actively work to remove God from the public forum will spend their eternity in the worst section of hell.  It is sad that atheists, the God and freedom hating scum, get such prominence in a Christian nation!!!!!

This video shows what appears to be a satanic ceremony. According to the video’s description:

This Satanic Ceremony was held at the Capitol, directly accepted and sponsored by the state, protected by Governments, to let them carry this out.

Satanism runs over the world stronger than ever, controlled by the Dark Emperor Satan himself, ruling from the planet Saturn, where the Black Cube has it’s mind-controlling origin and effects upon the people, letting demons out in the world, possessing people, including Those in Power, and turning the World into Blasphemy, Perversion, Lies and Deceit.

Thanks to Illuminati, the Vatican, The Governments, the Elite, and Secret Orders and Societies that controlled us for thousands of years into ancient times of history.

Rush Limbaugh Explains How Robert Mueller
Will Attempt To Financially Destroy President Trump

Special Counsel Robert Mueller has crossed President Trump’s “red line” after issuing a subpoena for documents related to the Trump Organization’s business dealings with Russia.

New York Times reports:

The special counsel, Robert S. Mueller III, has subpoenaed the Trump Organization to turn over documents, including some related to Russia, according to two people briefed on the matter. The order is the first known time that the special counsel demanded documents directly related to President Trump’s businesses, bringing the investigation closer to the president. […] The Trump Organization has said that it never had real estate holdings in Russia, but witnesses recently interviewed by Mr. Mueller have been asked about a possible real estate deal in Moscow. In 2015, a longtime business associate of Mr. Trump’s emailed Mr. Trump’s lawyer Michael Cohen at his Trump Organization account claiming he had ties to President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia and said that building a Trump Tower in Moscow would help Mr. Trump’s presidential campaign.

Radio host Rush Limbaugh theorized on his program Friday that one of Mueller’s true objectives is to financially destroy President Trump.

Partial transcript via Breitbart News:

And these requests, the subpoena for documents from the Trump Organization, I ask you again, what has that to do with the campaign and with collusion and with the Russians? They’ve already been looking into Trump business in Russia with the Miss, what is it, USA, whatever his pageant is.

Do you all remember during the early days of the campaign there was news that Trump, in a tax return something like 20 years ago, took a $900 million deduction that was granted and survived an audit by the IRS? Now, I forget the details. It had to do with losses that he had incurred in that year in building things. It was around 900 or $920 million deduction. I’ll never forget when it was reported because most people will never come close to ever having that in a lifetime, and to have a guy personally write that much off?

Anyway, I think Mueller wants that $920 million back. I think Mueller wants to prove that that was a faulty deduction. I think that they want to go back, they want to get Trump’s tax returns because they want to nullify that $900 million deduction, and then they want to collect 20 years of interest and penalties and wipe Trump out.

In the meantime, President Trump’s lawyers are in the process of negotiating with special counsel Robert Mueller to bring the Russia probe to an end, reports Rebecca Ballhaus and Peter Nicholas of the Wall Street Journal.

Mueller’s tentacles continue to reach further and further.

CNN reported that investigators are attempting to determine whether former Blackwater chief Erik Prince misled the  House Intelligence Committee about a meeting he had in Seychelles in January of 2017.

Prince is accused of using the meeting as an opportunity to establish a secret back channel with Russia.

Fox News’ Catherine Herridge spoke with one of President Trump’s personal lawyers about the new subpoena request by Special Counsel Mueller.

According to Herridge, Trump’s lawyer was unaware of the subpoena and said it may be a ‘wrap up’ subpoena or ‘clean up’ subpoena which may signal the end of the investigation.
