Atheist attorney files lawsuit demanding 'In God We Trust' be DROPPED from all U.S. currency

A California attorney has filed a federal lawsuit demanding the phrase 'In God We Trust' be removed from U.S. bills and coins.

Michael Newdow has already unsuccessfully tried to sue the government twice saying the phrase 'under God' in the Pledge of Allegiance should be scraped.

He filed the new lawsuit in Ohio on Monday saying the motto 'In God We Trust' is unconstitutional and violates the separation of church and state.

Mr Newdow also argues that the phrase should be prohibited from use on money in the 112-page document lodged with the federal court in Akron.

The lawsuit represents 41 plaintiffs from Ohio and Michigan, including many unnamed parents and children who are atheists or are being raised as atheists.

Defendants include Congress and various federal agencies.

PLEASE understand this is a revolution going on now in the people's government, (no longer the people's) it's a radical takeover. It must be put down using extreme prejudice. Crush it. Later on we the people can get back what we've been doing for 350 years. Put a freaken round in it! Meaning, cut off the head-the wealthy Leftest elitist have to be taken down...

No absolutely not 'In God We Trust' !

I say; He can go F_ _K himself! Along with the POS in the rainbow house!

OK, Mr. Attorney....

We will get rid of "In God We Trust."    Instead?  We will replace it with...

"In God 99.95% Of Us Trust."

.

DEAR LORD PLEASE TURN THESE ATHEIST HEARTS SO THEY LOVE YOU. IF THAT WON'T WORK TURN THEIR ANKLES SO WE CAN KNOW THEM BY THEIR LIMP.

LOL!!  Love your prayer Abu Tom.  Amen

Don't like what it says...STOP USING IT!  Your EBT card will buy all the booze and BS you'll ever need.

Who knows what will happen in a Federal Court. If this was in an Ohio Court it wouldn't get out of the box. But a Fed Court is totally different and the state has no jurisdiction over it.

There is ONE thing we can do, if they delete it. EVERYONE carries money. So if it is removed from our bills, take a black marker and write in big letters on it: IN GOD WE TRUST. I WILL!!!

WAKE UP AMERICA!!!

Can't someone just put a world class ass whipping on this clown, and let him know there's plenty more where that came from? If he decides to proceed, then he should get a blanket party, and a plane ride to Syria. Let him try to lawyer his wise ass out of that one!

This guy just keeps on going like the Energizer Bunny. Excepting in the creative imaginations of lawyers, there is no constitutional ground to support him. "Separation of church and state" is not in the Constitution, and the words were only those of Thomas Jefferson. They carried no legislate or executive edicts. The First Amendment is addressed to Congress, and an "establishment of religion" is a church, just as a dining establishment is a restaurant. The "establishment of religion" was included to dissuade Congress from creating of a fourth governmental body with powers such as those held by The Anglican Church. Any attempt to suppress religious expression is contrary to the "free speech" and "free exercise" clauses. Christianity is goodness itself, and it is difficult to fathom how or why anyone of good conscience, no matter what his beliefs, could imagine it to be an enemy of the people.

These "Haters" are relentless, they are the Devil's Handmaidens, and will always be among us. If they do not like ,the way we have run our Country for over 200 years, they can go move to Cuba, maybe Fidel will want them. "LOVE AMERICA OR LEAVE IT"

SWEET: Republican Representative Introduces Resolution To Expel Nancy Pelosi From Congress

Louisiana Republican Rep. Ralph Abraham has introduced legislation to expel Speaker Nancy Pelosi from the House of Representatives.

Abraham’s resolution accuses Pelosi of a “vicious crusade” against President Donald Trump.

“Nancy Pelosi’s vicious crusade against our lawfully-elected President is nothing more than a politically-motivated witch hunt and it must be stopped,” Abraham said in a statement obtained by Fox News. “She has disgraced the people’s House and weaponized the Speaker’s gavel for her party’s political gain.”

“House Democrats spent nearly three years obsessed with election meddling only to dwarf any such efforts with their own deceitful plan to nullify the 2016 election and prevent President Trump from winning in 2020,” the statement continued. “I have introduced a resolution calling for her to be expelled from the House and for the Speaker’s Office to be vacated.”

The text of the resolution, which is most definitely not going to pass the Democrat-controlled House reads: “Resolved, That pursuant to Article 1, Section 5, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution, Representative Nancy Pelosi be, and she hereby is, expelled from the House of Representatives and the Office of the Speaker is declared to be vacant.”

Fox News notes that constitutional clause holds that “Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings, punish its Members for disorderly Behaviour, and, with the Concurrence of two thirds, expel a Member.”
