Atheist attorney files lawsuit demanding 'In God We Trust' be DROPPED from all U.S. currency

A California attorney has filed a federal lawsuit demanding the phrase 'In God We Trust' be removed from U.S. bills and coins.

Michael Newdow has already unsuccessfully tried to sue the government twice saying the phrase 'under God' in the Pledge of Allegiance should be scraped.

He filed the new lawsuit in Ohio on Monday saying the motto 'In God We Trust' is unconstitutional and violates the separation of church and state.

Mr Newdow also argues that the phrase should be prohibited from use on money in the 112-page document lodged with the federal court in Akron.

The lawsuit represents 41 plaintiffs from Ohio and Michigan, including many unnamed parents and children who are atheists or are being raised as atheists.

Defendants include Congress and various federal agencies.

Christians need to file a law suit to protect themselves.

Christians are told NOT to "sue at the law".

That is not what Paul told the Corinthians.  They were not to sue fellow believers in civil court because he said they should be able to settle their differences within the members of their own church.. And, it was only to involve small cases, not like we see with this unbeliever trying to destroy the freedom the land.

1 Corinthians 6:1-2

Suppose one of you wants to bring a charge against another believer.Should you take it to ungodly people to be judged? Why not take it to the Lord’s people? Or don’t you know that the Lord’s people will judge the world? Since this is true, aren’t you able to judge small cases?

Dear Readers,

This is like a former legal case that was assigned to the The American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) about a year and a half ago.  He was hired by Congress to represent them in the motto, "In God We Trust"  Some female coin collector sued and went before the U. S. Supreme Court.  Won the case,.

I suggest you readers sign up with ACLJ for he and his team are International Lawyers.  His name is Jay Sekulow founder of ACLJ.  Presently suing the IRS, Obamacare, and illegeal immigration.  You can sign petitions, and will get a request for donations.  Even as little as $5 will help.

Down with other anti-Christian beliefs such as the Freedom From Religious Foundation, ACLU, and the Southern Property Legal Foundation (SPLF)..

Pass this along.  Support some House Bills that want to allow the military to read the bible, and will not be forced to resign their military duty for speaking about "Jesus" between other soulders while serving in the military in Iraq, and Afghanistan.  Bibles are no longer allowed in the military because of the SPLF.

@Norman Huff,

Did you mean to write, The Southern Poverty Law Center?  There does not appear to be a foundation by the name you gave.

Starbucks will never do it!  They don't even want Christians in their stores!

He can kiss my white BUTT!!!!  This country was founded on Judaeo/Christian beliefs and there are more of us than there are of them, so guess what your antics aren't going to work this time.  People of your nature have tried in the past and it didn't work.  We will fight you every step of the way and 'We the People' will win!!!!  God to your father [satan] and kiss the ground he walks on, for that will be your home unless you change your views and believe that GOD and JESUS are very much real and alive.  In God we Trust!!!!!!

Patricia: Good One!

I'm sure that was very scary to an atheist lawyer. (I think those two words mean the same thing).

What needs to happen is something short of death, but still humiliating and somewhat painful. Tar and feathering comes to mind. The #1 choice of patriots for 300 years!

Pay-Back !!! Pedophile Who Assaulted Nearly 200 Kids Stabbed To Death In Prison

A convicted pedophile who abused almost 200 children was stabbed to death in North Yorkshire, England, on Sunday.

Richard Huckle, 33, from Ashford, Kent, was given 22 life sentences in 2016 after he admitted to sexually abusing 71 kids whose ages ranged from six months to 12 years between 2006 and 2014, according to the BBC.

The report said Huckle was attacked with a makeshift knife while inside his cell at the Full Sutton Prison.

At the pedophile’s trial in 2016, investigators said they found over 20,000 indecent photos and videos of his assaults, which were shared with other pedophiles via a site on the dark web called The Love Zone.

Reports said that prior to his arrest, Huckle posed as an English teacher and Christian volunteer worker in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where he groomed impoverished children.

In one of his online posts, Huckle reportedly wrote “Impoverished kids are definitely much easier to seduce than middle-class Western kids.”

Reports said he attempted to make money from his crimes by crowdfunding the release of the photos.

“Huckle also created a 60-page ‘how-to’ guide for other pedophiles seeking to evade being caught, and kept a scorecard and points system regarding the children who were abused — leading investigators to speculate he may have as many as 200 victims,” a Fox News report stated.

At his sentencing in 2016, Judge Peter Rook condemned Huckle for his heinous crimes he said had become routine for the pedophile.

Rook commented:

Your offending behavior became entrenched in your everyday life. Your life revolved around your sexual activities with young children. Your distorted beliefs in respect of children are deep-seated. Your self-delusion knows no bounds. It is also clear that, had you not been arrested, you planned to continue the same lifestyle using the expertise that you were keen to show off to and share with other abusers so as to continue your sexual exploitation of the children of such communities.

Reports said prior to his death, Huckle refused to cooperate with authorities when they tried to unlock a cache of encrypted files he had access to that may contain the names of victims and other pedophiles, according to Fox News.
