Armed Feds Prepare For Showdown With Nevada Cattle Rancher

Ruby Ridge-style standoff brewing as Bundy says he is prepared to be killed

A Ruby Ridge-style standoff is brewing in Nevada, where dozens of armed federal agents are closing in on cattle rancher Cliven Bundy over claims that Bundy has allowed his cows to graze illegally on government land, endangering a protected species of tortoise.

Vowing to take a stand for, “your liberty and freedom,” Bundy says he is prepared to be killed as authorities surround a 600,000 acre section of public land as a result of Bundy violating a 1993 Bureau of Land Management ruling which changed grazing rights in order to protect the endangered desert tortoise.

“With all these rangers and all this force that is out here, they are only after one man right now. They are after Cliven Bundy. Whether they want to incarcerate me or whether they want to shoot me in the back, they are after me. But that is not all that is at stake here. Your liberty and freedom is at stake,” Bundy said.

The people in Texas is nothing but a bunch of cowards like the rest of this Country remember Waco. They will watch what happens do nothing but post on Facebook,

What the hell does Texas have to do with it?  This is in Nevada.

Well, Texas did stand by and let Waco happen.  I guess we need a slogan, "NO MORE WACO'S."

Actually, the Texas Rangers, and the local Sheriff, were deputized by the FBI, then told to stand down.  This was, again, started by the ATF&E as a show of force to protect their hide from being absorbed into the FBI as an administrative branch... gone would be the enforcement division of the ATF&E.  As, with Ruby Ridge, the FBI came in to rescue the ATF&E when they ran into a brick wall.  The FBI got an arrest warrant from a Federal Judge in Houston, based upon a false, sworn affidavit, that provided the basis for the raid, and eventual circus of events leading to the expulsion of some 87 souls.  Where did the FBI get the authority to enforce a State Law?  When did the charge of molestation become a Federal Law?

Nobody let anything happen, except the Governor of Texas.  He could have stopped it.  The Helicopters and tanks came from the Texas National Guard, who, by the request of Napalitano, the Governor signed a document ordering the Texas National Guard to support the FBI.

The local people, all Citizens of Texas, were corralled by the FBI and not allowed within a 15 mile perimeter of the compound.

Texas let it happen?....Nope, you had a alphabet soup of federal law enforcement officers there that committed those murders. State and local law enforcement their said they had seen that Koresh guy walking around town all the time and simply could have picked him up. The state tried to keep that low as low profile and local as the federal government said it was. I am still curious about that one, what interest did the alphabet soup of federal law enforcement have in a suspected pedophile case as the media reported it. The same thing has happened with fundamentalist Mormons in their polygamy cases. Are these people nothing more than chicken hawks hiding behind religion? Absolutely yes they are, but that is not a federal issue.

Macon,

The final masacre was started by a stupid F.B.I. 'agent'.  He was running around on the roof of the questionably built building, with his weapon in his hand, COCKED.  He slipped and fell, and the gun 'went off', shooting HIM in the leg.  He bawled out, "I'M HIT".  And it was PRESUMED that the shot came from INSIDE.  No shots were fired from within the building.

They tore the building down and burned the remains some more.  This so it could not be shown that NO bullets came from inside, and all came fro outside.

You must be VERY young.  The 'Branch Davidians' were burned out of their compound.  There were women and children there.  When asked, the federales said: "We had to kill them in order to SAVE them".  Or nonsense similar.  They were in Waco, Texas.

They were trying to serve a summons on the man, (Koresh?) and could have done so in town, since he went there several times a week.  Or they COULD have knocked on the door.  But they chose to destroy the whole damned place.  This looks awfully similar.

Actually, I am a 71 year old VNV and ex-LE.  I have a copy of the original Warrant that was used as the basis for the request for the Texas National Guard request.  So I have a good idea of what really happened.

No time in recent history has the FBI moved as quickly to cover up evidence as they did at the BD compound.  In less than a week, there was nothing left of the compound.  First rule of Evidence; Protect the Crime Scene!

Viperkat,  I was stationed with a task force at Biggs Army Airfield many years back.  You are 100% correct.

I watched the films of the "assualt" on the second story... the Feds got what they deserved.  There was no "splintering" on the side of the wall, as you would see if the shots were coming from the inside.  There were no obvious flashes from the inside of the room.  No evidence at all except for the Feds bailing off the roof.  If the whole thing hadn't have been so tragic, it could have been a great comedy skit.

Viperkat, Texas has a lot to do with it in a indirect way. See, some day Nevada's fight will be coming to your neighborhood sooner or later and then Nevada's fight will become "your" fight so by that it is all of our fight. If we don't stand together on this and stand strong the scum will pick us apart one by one. As they say, united we stand, divided we fall. It all comes down to this!

I'm packed and ready to go if someone would please give me the location.  Are you?  If not, why not?

Angry Dem Impeachment ‘Witness’: Pam Karlan Donated Thousands To Hillary And Was On Clinton’s List For Potential SCOTUS Nomination

The House Judiciary Committee, chaired by Rep. Jerrold Nadler, kicked off its first impeachment circus Wednesday morning.

The four ‘witnesses’ testifying have never actually witnessed any of Trump’s dealings with Ukraine firsthand — the four witnesses are law professors offering legal analysis.

One of the witnesses the Dems rolled out is an angry Hillary Clinton donor who was on Crooked’s list for a potential Supreme Court nomination.

No wonder why this unhinged, dowdy woman is so pissed off!

“Professor Pam Karlan donated thousands of dollars to Democrats and was on Hillary Clinton’s list for a potential Supreme Court nomination. So she certainly has no vendetta against President Trump,” GOP Rep. Mark Walker said.

Congressman Walker also pointed out that Noah Feldman, the Dems first partisan witness in Wednesday’s hearing tweeted about impeaching Trump right after he was sworn in.

Meet Noah Feldman, House Democrats first partisan witness.

Look at the date of this tweet. He has been trying to get @realDonaldTrump impeached since 46 days into his presidency.

His reason? Trump criticized President Obama.

This is a sham impeachment with sham witnesses. https://twitter.com/NoahRFeldman/status/839185127494254592

The next witness, Karlan, has donated thousands to Democrats and was on Hillary Clinton’s list for a potential Supreme Court nomination.

So she certainly has no vendetta against @realDonaldTrump.

These witnesses are as serious as House Democrats impeachment case: not at all.

The entire sham show trial is stacked with partisan hacks who have wanted to impeach Trump from the moment he won in November of 2016.

Norm Eisen, the Democrats’ counsel who is blasting Trump and questioning witnesses in Wednesday’s show trial, tweeted about impeaching Trump before Donald Trump was even sworn into office!
