Armed Feds Prepare For Showdown With Nevada Cattle Rancher

Ruby Ridge-style standoff brewing as Bundy says he is prepared to be killed

A Ruby Ridge-style standoff is brewing in Nevada, where dozens of armed federal agents are closing in on cattle rancher Cliven Bundy over claims that Bundy has allowed his cows to graze illegally on government land, endangering a protected species of tortoise.

Vowing to take a stand for, “your liberty and freedom,” Bundy says he is prepared to be killed as authorities surround a 600,000 acre section of public land as a result of Bundy violating a 1993 Bureau of Land Management ruling which changed grazing rights in order to protect the endangered desert tortoise.

“With all these rangers and all this force that is out here, they are only after one man right now. They are after Cliven Bundy. Whether they want to incarcerate me or whether they want to shoot me in the back, they are after me. But that is not all that is at stake here. Your liberty and freedom is at stake,” Bundy said.

Who needs Muslims when you have made in the USA red blooded Americans that are Globalists and just as hostile to freedoms?

Stand strong my friend, a good death is it's own reward. Make sure you take as many with you as you can. God Bless you.

Folks, maybe this is our "Alamo" last stand against Gov't Bureaucracy and Tyranny.  If not now, when?  If not over undue loss of freedom, why?  The Feds want control over all of us and this man is just one of their objectives.  They have already determined this man's cows fart excessively and create a carbon signature that require him to pay extra taxes.  When does the "bullshit" end?  Maybe if truck loads of Patriots move in to help Mr. Bundy the Police State will realize it might mean "war"!  This Government will always find new ways to rob our freedoms, having the EPA as their excuse is just one of the tools this evil Administration are using.

Eventually we are going to have to quit our jobs and take a stand. Of mice and men

Well, this is hardly the last stand. We aren't even close. Why? Because people would rather keep voting and talking about it, including many patriots, that's why. So when people want to organize to "get rowdy" and actually make some real hope and change happen that'll start the LONG, LONG process of restoring America via use of the 2nd Amendment and so forth, THEN we'll be on a long uncertain road where many of us will be tested and many will die. But.... we can only find out if we make the moves and stop waiting.

.......this is a mans lively hood!!!  the government is take away his way of life for a turtle? these are the neo-nazies under the name of the ENVIORMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY!!  UN FREAKING whats the difference between america an another communist country?? OTHER THAN THE EPA............

Our government wasting more money they do not have.  Bet the EPA is behind this some how.

this what they do, the make them broke then they conficate there land, people need to march out for him go to his ranch where the hell are the people in Texas call the governor

This is in Nevada, so I doubt calling the Governor of Texas is going to help.

LOL...........Thanks Viper for turning Josephine north west. She's an Annie Okley  but just want to make sure she's shooting in the right dirrection. I'd be proud to have the both of you on my side any day! Thanks for the chuckle too, sometimes we just need one with things the way they are!

Horrible: Democrats Set The Constitution On Fire With Fraudulent Impeachment

House Democrats unveiled two articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump on Tuesday morning after an investigation that violated fundamental provisions of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

The investigation of the president began with the complaint of a so-called “whistleblower” who turned out to be a rogue Central Intelligence Agency employee, protected by a lawyer who had called for a “coup” against Trump in early 2017.

Democrats first demanded that the “whistleblower” be allowed to testify. But after House Intelligence Committee chair Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) was found to have lied about his committee’s contact with the “whistleblower,” and after details of the “whistleblower’s” bias began to leak, Democrats reversed course. In violation of the President Trump’s Sixth Amendment right to confront his accuser, Democrats refused to allow the “whistleblower” to testify. They argue the president’s procedural rights, even if they existed, would not apply until he was tried in the Senate — but they also invented a fraudulent “right to anonymity” that, they hope, might conceal the whistleblower even then.

Schiff began the “impeachment inquiry” in secret, behind the closed doors of the Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facility (SCIF) in the basement of the U.S. Capitol, even though none of the testimony was deemed classified. Few members of Congress were allowed access. Schiff allowed selective bits of testimony to leak to friendly media, while withholding transcripts of testimony.

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), having allowed the secret process to unfold, legitimized it with a party-line vote authorizing the inquiry. The House resolution denied President Trump the procedural rights enjoyed by Presidents Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton, and denied the minority party the traditional right to object to witnesses called by the majority.

Rather than the House Judiciary Committee, which traditionally handles impeachment, Pelosi also deputized the House Intelligence Committee to conduct fact-finding; the Judiciary Committee was turned into a rubber stamp. Schiff held a few public hearings, but often failed to release transcripts containing exculpatory evidence until after they had passed.

In the course of the Intelligence Committee’s investigation, Schiff quietly spied on the telephone records of his Republican counterpart, Ranking Member Devin Nunes (R-CA). He also snooped on the phone records of a journalist, John Solomon; and on the phone records of former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani, acting as President Trump’s personal lawyer.

Schiff’s eavesdropping violated both the First Amendment right to press freedom and the Sixth Amendment right to counsel. Yet he proceeded undeterred by constitutional rights, publishing the phone logs in his committee’s report without warning, confirmation, or explanation, alleging that Nunes and the others were part of a conspiracy to assist the president’s allegedly impeachable conduct. When Republicans on the Judiciary Committee asked the Intelligence Committee’s majority counsel, Daniel Goldman, to explain the phone logs, he refused to answer,

Ironically, Schiff had done exactly what Democrats accuse Trump of doing: abused his power to dig up dirt on political opponents, then obstructed a congressional investigation into his party’s and his committee’s misconduct.

Democrats’ articles of impeachment include one for the dubious charge of “abuse of power,” which is not mentioned in the Constitution; and one for “obstruction of Congress,” which in this case is an abuse of power in itself.

Alexander Hamilton, writing about impeachment in Federalist 65, warned that “there will always be the greatest danger that the decision will be regulated more by the comparative strength of parties, than by the real demonstrations of innocence or guilt.” Democrats have fulfilled Hamilton’s worst fears.

The Trump impeachment will soon replace the 1868 impeachment of President Andrew Johnson — which the House Judiciary Committee staff actually cited as a positive precedent — as the worst in American history.

In service of their “coup,” Democrats have trampled the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The Republic has never been in greater danger.

You don't get to interrupt me
