Allen West: The time draws near to teach this usurper and charlatan the lesson our forefathers taught King George III

Allen West posted on his FaceBook page:

This week we’ll celebrate the 237th anniversary of our independence. But are we a free people? SCOTUS made an ill-conceived ruling believing the choice of sexual behavior should trump the peoples’s referendum. We are free to love anyone or anything we desire in America, but that does not correlate to rights beyond the unalienable ones Jefferson articulated 237 years ago. In California we have a state-funded grant for the Los Angeles Unified School District to abuse the concept of public education by turning public schools into indoctrination factories, forcing children to spout the joys of Obamacare. The district listed as a primary outcome for its project, "Teens trained to be messengers to family members." Covered California spokeswoman Sarah Soto-Taylor said staff have not questioned this goal. She stated, "We have confidence that the model LA Unified brought to the table will be successful in reaching our target population, which includes family members of students." LA Unified will also use tax-paid staff to promote ObamaCare through phone calls to students' homes, in-class presentations, and meetings with employees eligible for ObamaCare's taxpayer-covered healthcare, the grant award says. Obama said he would fundamentally transform America. The time draws near to teach this usurper and charlatan the lesson our forefathers taught King George III. We will not be ruled by arrogance and edict.

LTC (R) West is right ... we have one shot remaining to stop the crazed Left's theft of our liberty ... if they're not trounced in the 2014 mid-terms then our political institutions will be overcome; perverted and turned against us ... if we fail to unseat these vermin through political action we'll have no choice but to defend our Constitution ...

I hate the idea of internal mass violence but there may well come a day when the Left brings it to us ... if that day arrives we must respond without pity, remorse or mercy ...

Now days ?? Voting is USELESS. Its RIGGED, and Congress Knows it. Theres only One way left, and That is a Real Revolt, by the People

Couldn't agree more, George. And it really may come to that, sooner than most of us expect.

That is why he is keeping as many of our best troops deployed as he can. He knows they will stand with America.

We will have to fight His private gestapo   , the muslims in the US and all the troops the UN can send in against us.

That's why he is setting up a new war in Syria.

GOD HELP THE USA   AND ALL WHO FIGHT FOR HER.

I hope they wouldn't dare
Yet Mr. West refused to support Sheriff Arapio's efforts to bring proof of Obama's fake birth certificate to full exposure.

As long as the military are with the people, I will be arm to arm with fellow Tea Party members and all civilians that will take arm to defend our original constitution!!!!!!  I am not a violent person, but I am to the point that rallys are going no where,  they all think they do not have to listen to the people anymore.  It's become a government that is deciding our welfare instead of listening to what the people want!  I am damn tired of it all, I am a free man and I will stay a free man with the ability to make my own decisions.  It's time to get rid of the IRS and have a small Administration to handle a straight !0-15% tax no matter who you are.  That mone should pay the Congress, we do not need a Senate as the original constitution explains.  A small Congress that by law has to listen to the people or the state people can hold elections according the the majority at any time if that Congress person is not listening to the people.  And we still need a President and Vice president but the people have the right to hold a grand jury if they have the evidence of crimes against the Administration from the top down.  Close the Supreme Court, I have no idea why we ever had them in the first place.  Their hands are holding out to the highest bidder like every other Congress men and Woman, to the top.  Dumbama is pushing for coal, I wonder if he has stock in any or all of the mines???????  I could keep going but my fingers are getting tired, and it might as well be a best selling book.

You're mixed up on "Dumbama," who is trying to kill coal, not promote it. Ditto oil.  Yes on your other sentiments expressed here.

I'm amazed he actually dubs Obama a "usurper". He finally gets it and is now bold enough to say it. (That wasn't his position a month or so ago when approached in Florida by a Cold Case Posse investigator with  irrefutable evidence of Obama's fraudulent documents. At that time he said he couldn't get involved because he was planning to run for office again.) Am so relieved his principles again hold sway.

Yes, it was his position, but he then refused to do anything about it.  A public statement, even if just on Facebook, is a step in the right direction. I attended a $600 a plate dinner (no, I did not pay for it) last month where he was keynote speaker and never mentioned a word about the illegal usurpation of the presidency.

Soto-Taylor is drinking at the fountain of numbness. Indoctrination should be criminal.

Indoctrination is criminal especially of children just has not been recognize as such by law yet .

OMG!!! Ruth Bader Ginsburg Voted Best Real-Life Hero At MTV Awards

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on Monday was crowned the best real-life hero at the MTV Movie & TV Awards.

The 86-year old judge — whose 2015 biopic The Notorious RBG help cement her as a cultural icon among Liberals — beat out tennis star Serena Williams, WWE wrestler Roman Reigns, and comedian Hannah Gadsby to take him the award.

Though it wasn’t a clean sweep for Ginsburg last night.

The RGB documentary lost the “Best Fight” category for “Ruth Bader Ginsburg vs. Inequality” to “Captain Marvel vs. Minn-Erva.”

The justice was absent from the ceremony in Santa Monica, California.

Last December, Ginsburg had surgery to remove cancerous growths on her left lung. She was released from the hospital in New York four days later and recuperated at home.

Earlier this year, Ginsburg missed three days of arguments, the first time that’s happened since she joined the court in 1993. Still, she was allowed to participate using court briefs and transcripts.

Ginsburg has had two previous bouts with cancer, in 1999 and 10 years later.

Flashback: Ruth Bader Ginsburg: A Pregnant Woman Is Not A ‘Mother’

Celebrated liberal U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg argued in an opinion released Tuesday that a pregnant woman is not a “mother.”

“[A] woman who exercises her constitutionally protected right to terminate a pregnancy is not a ‘mother’,” Ginsburg wrote in a footnote, which in turn responded to another footnote in the 20-page concurring opinion by Justice Clarence Thomas in the Box v. Planned Parenthood of Indiana and Kentucky Inc. case.

As Breitbart News’ legal editor Ken Klukowski reported, the case concerned a law signed by then-Governor (now Vice President) Mike Pence of Indiana in 2016, which required that the remains of an aborted fetus (or baby) be disposed of by cremation or burial. The law also prohibited abortion on the basis of sex, race, or disability alone.

The Court upheld the first part of the law, but declined to consider the selective-abortion ban until more appellate courts had ruled on it.

In his lengthy opinion — which delighted pro-life advocates, and distressed pro-choice activists — Thomas wrote that “this law and other laws like it promote a State’s compelling interest in preventing abortion from becoming a tool of modern-day eugenics.” He traced the racist and eugenicist beliefs of Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger, and warned that the Court would one day need to wrestle with abortion as form of racial discrimination.

In a footnote, Thomas attacked Ginsberg’s dissenting opinion, which argued the Court should not have deferred to the legal standard used by the litigants in the lower courts, but should have subjected the Indiana law to a more difficult standard instead, since it impacted “the right of [a] woman” to an abortion.

Ginsburg cited no legal authority for her claim that a pregnant woman is not a “mother.” The claim that a fetus is not a child is central to pro-choice arguments.
