The GOP is no longer interested in supporting true and consistent conservative values... they are now sold out to the rule of an oligarchy of the wealthy... and the self-interests of those who view the world through the eyes of a new age aristocracy... They see a New World Order where a few control the many.

Neither party is the party of our founding father's principals or Godly precepts for government... the fair-minded, independent entrepreneur, who only reaps where he has sown, and pursues their commercial interests using an equal scale and just measure... adding value to the market place with each exchange...NO LONGER EXISTS. Today, the world of commerce is driven by greed and avarice ... from both ends of the political scale. Godly commerce and government no longer exist in America and may never return, given the current rate of corruption found in the world.

The days of reaping wealth from the market place by adding value has been replaced... with new principals. Principals that maximize profit, by charging whatever the market may bear, without adding real value to the market. Taking profits where the value-added is less than the wealth reaped, results in distorted markets; whereby, those with power and position reap where they have not sown, and those unable to defer their purchases pay more than necessary for the goods they receive.

Modern markets leverage position and power to reap windfalls in profit... profit not earned or acquired through adding real value to the market is paid for by the poor and those unable to access other sources to supply their needs. Inequities in markets are distorted, and leveraged to extract maximum profits with as little value added to the market as necessary.

Today, it is considered good business practice to take advantage of market distortions and consumers... This practice is easily recognized in the energy, food, electronics, clothing, and manufacturing markets, as the prices of goods soar; while, the value, and quality, of the goods produced, are trimmed, disguised and otherwise devalued, in order to reap greater profit margins with less effort and expense.

We are living in an age of corruption... which not only affects government but whose long reach has impacted our culture and its commercial interests. Godly commerce and government no longer exist. Capitalism and our economy are becoming the enterprise of a new age aristocracy. Capital and labor are at odds when they should be mutually supporting the common good. Greed and avarice reign king, in the market place, as the captains of commerce see nothing improper about charging all they can without adding real value to the market. Labor likewise, seeks to accrue income without adding adequate production, to earn such incomes.

Finally, the welfare state is nothing more than the epitome of greed and avarice... whereby, the poor extort and otherwise abuse the charity of others, using the power of government to redistribute the labor of their neighbor for their own purposes... more greed and avarice.

The solution to the problem... is for our nation and its people to RETURN TO THE PRECEPTS OF OUR FOREFATHERS and the fundamentals of our once CHRISTIAN NATION and GOD. Godly governments and commerce require a godly people and culture. Until America returns to honor God's laws and His WAYS... it shall continue to see more corruption and greater tribulation, among nations... everwhere.

Well, Henry... if only it were that simple.  We will have to agree to disagree.

There are a whole host of ways to raise capital without involving commercial banks or SEC rules that apply to the issue Stock...  Here are a few: Commercial Bonds, Debentures, Trade Credit, etc.  These methods don't require a bank to access capital.

Dad was talking about this Government and outsiders from the EU...:)

Corporation control virtually EVERYTHING.  They with the government are tyrannical and getting away with it.

There are all types of corporations... some are single-family operations and others are Global operations.  Corporations are the backbone of a capitalist system.

Communist attack Banking and Corporations wherever they appear... be very careful how you deal with both... we need well regulated and morally operated corporations in a capitalist system.

The problem with capitalism is that it must be moderated by a moral code that limits its proclivity to abuse its commercial privileges in a democracy... to become a corrupt system... driven by greed and its monopolistic instincts... to control its markets for profit alone.  Predatory capitalism is feudalism... we don't need to become a feudal state.

Moral Capitalism retains Godly rules for commerce at its core... Reaping only where it has sown, avoiding the use of an unjust scale or measure, adding value to the market place, while treating both capital and labor equitably... Whenever capitalism becomes out of balance by focusing solely on the maximization of profits, it no longer functions as the best means for commercial transactions... in a free society.

Feudalism is capitalism on steroids... it is predatory by nature and seeks to leverage position and power to obtain windfall profits, over following the Godly trait of adding value to the market place as the means to obtain earned profits. Feudal systems must be avoided if we are to have peace on earth and goodwill between all men.

Joe Biden Vows: Give Taxpayer-Funded Obamacare To All Illegal Aliens In U.S.

Former Vice President and 2020 Democrat presidential primary candidate Joe Biden is vowing to give Obamacare, funded by American taxpayers, to all 11 to 22 million illegal aliens living in the United States.

During an interview with Telemundo’s Jose Diaz-Balart, Biden forgot that Obamacare technically bans illegal aliens from enrolling in healthcare plans — although illegal aliens are still able to obtain subsidized and free healthcare at Americans’ expense — and promised that under his plan, all 11 to 22 million illegal aliens would be able to get Obamacare.

The exchange went as follows:

DIAZ-BALART: When I … NBC moderated that first debate with you, I didn’t … I don’t recall a clear answer, under your plan should … would the 11, 12 million undocumented immigrants that live in the United States, that have been here many for generations, would they have access …

DIAZ-BALART: — to health insurance.

BIDEN: Yes, they … if they can buy into the system like everybody else.

DIAZ-BALART: Because you know, in [Obamacare] they can’t.

BIDEN: Yeah. Yeah, I know. Well they can, that’s my point. They continue to be able to do that.

DIAN-BALART: They cannot under the ObamaCare.

BIDEN: Well and that’s my point, they will though. They will be able to buy into … [illegal aliens] would be able to buy in, just like anyone else could.

Biden joins Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), and South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg — among other 2020 Democrats — in committing to forcing American taxpayers to pay for healthcare for illegal aliens who arrive in the U.S.

Already, due to loopholes, American taxpayers are spending nearly $20 billion every year to provide illegal aliens with subsidized healthcare, emergency room visits, and other health services.

Under the 2020 Democrats’ plan to provide taxpayer-funded healthcare to all illegal aliens living in the U.S., Americans would be billed potentially $660 billion every decade just to cover the costs. Other research has found that the plan would cost Americans at least $23 billion every year.

As Breitbart News has reported, experts have said that giving taxpayer-funded healthcare to effectively all foreign nationals who can make it to America’s borders would drive “strong incentives for people with serious health problems to enter the country or remain longer than their visas allow in order to get government-funded care.”

Despite 2020 Democrats’ continued push for taxpayer-funded healthcare for illegal aliens, American voters are overwhelmingly opposed to the plan. The latest Wall Street Journal/NBC News survey revealed that the healthcare-for-illegal-aliens plan is the least popular policy position, with opposition from 62 percent of U.S. voters.

Similarly, a CNN poll from July discovered that 63 percent of likely swing voters oppose providing healthcare to illegal aliens, along with nearly 6-in-10 of all likely U.S. voters and 61 percent of moderates. A Rasmussen Reports survey also found that likely voters, by a majority of 55 percent, oppose giving healthcare to even the most low-income illegal aliens.
