A NATION AT WAR WITH ITSELF, CRYING OUT FOR LEADERSHIP

Six years ago, Americans elected Barack Obama the first black President of the United States. It was a sign–not that racism had disappeared from our country, but that race was no longer an impediment to the highest possible achievement. Obama had a chance to use his presidency to affirm that progress–to show that the values and institutions that Americans embraced were indeed universal, to show that our national motto, E pluribus unum (“From many, one”), was a living foundation.

It was America’s great misfortune that Obama was a liberal–no, radical–Democrat, one steeped in the deep resentments of radical politics, who had embraced the conviction that the Constitution itself was fatally flawed by race and property rights. Though his own mixed-race, immigrant origins and privileged upbringing militated against the hackneyed notion that “the system” was inherently unfair, Obama chose a life as a community organizer devoted to bringing down society’s institutions.

Underneath it all, perhaps, Obama remained something of an elitist, prep-school sensibility: the incessant golf games with rich bankers; the endless socializing with Hollywood celebrities; the basic inattention to a humdrum daily work routine. His inability to take responsibility for his own policies was part a deft strategy to deflect criticism, and part a severe character flaw. Yet the Obama in office was no different, ideologically, than the Obama who had agitated in Chicago’s housing projects.

That became apparent early in the Obama presidency, when Obama waded into a local dispute between a Harvard academic and a police officer in Cambridge, Massachusetts who had arrested him for disorderly conduct. The professor saw the event as a symbol of race relations in America, even beyond the supposedly transformative event of Obama’s election. And Obama waded in from on high: the Cambridge police had “acted stupidly,” he said at a White House press conference in July 2009.

It was only the first of several interventions by Obama into sensational local crime and justice cases. The most momentous of these was the Trayvon Martin case in 2012, where Obama endorsed the idea that Martin had been targeted because of his race. The Martin case had the political benefit of inflaming the black electorate in a critical election year when little economic progress had reached the community and Obama’s own Chicago was reeling from a violent crime wave that he had ignored.

Any way you slice it, he has made a nasty mark for himself in history. He will never live it down and we will need decades to straighten it our.  But, we will.

Obama, the sock puppet, is only the face that got elected.  The power is hidden behind him, including the very effective speech writers, who put eloquent words on a teleprompter, which Obama slavishly reads, so very well.

Obama is truly an EVIL person, but not nearly as competent as easily fooled Americans believe!

His background has been carefully obscured, for good reason.  The TRUE MANCHURIAN CANDIDATE!

Oren,

You are so right. And that Leader is already here, all we have to do is have Faith in Him.

That Leader and Savior is Jesus Christ. He instructed us what to do and how. WE the American people need to elect a president that holds true to our founding principles and beliefs.

Time is short and if we don't turn this country around, it will cease to exist.

WAKE UP AMERICA!!!

Oren,

Agreed! And that is why sites like this exist so that our fellow patriots, you and I can attempt to spread the news and change who our leaders are.

WAKE UP AMERICA!!!

YES JESUS IS HERE BUT WTP NEED TO DO THE WORK HE WOULD WANT

IT IS OUR NATION AND WE MUST NOT SIT AND WATCH OVOMIT END ALL WE ARE AS A COUNTRY.

WAKE UP YES PLEASE WAKE UP AMERICA WE MUST TAKE HER BACK NOW

This is what you get when you elect a community organizer who is told what to do and doesn't have to think for himself.  Chaos and treason and stupid ideas.  Sways with every breeze and arrogance beyond belief.

Yes but who is pulling his strings. Since he is a Muslim and a Communist It is hard to figure is it George Soros or a Muslim Country or both.

How bout Rockefeller, his UN, and its New World Order? He and the Rothchilds pull all the strings, don't think they're not involved in some fashion. When your family makes trillions a year for the past one hundred you can build a world infrastructure that will support your ideas and direction. And Rockefeller reveres Chinese communism...Semper Fi Nam 66-67

That's where the real problems stem from. They could stop all this foolishness by just drying up the cash flow to these organizations. They see every piece of currency that moves anywhere in the world, but they are the illuminati and the Templar and it is their job to be the population control mechanisms of the earth.

Lou...It's gorgeous George. He is also behind the Nazi in Europe and in the Ukraine. The Nazi and the Sunni have had a long standing relation since WW11, so your right on both.

The hatred Obama, Holder and Sharpton - and Michelle - have spawned in the last 6 years is because Obama, Holder, Sharpton and Michelle feel exactly like this college student.

ok for the umpteenth time Obama isn't black [his mama is white]

TRUMP:  Trump To Give ‘Start Your Engines’ Command At Dayton

President Donald Trump will give the command for drivers to start their engines before the Daytona 500.

Daytona International Speedway officials named Trump the grand marshal for NASCAR’s season opener, meaning he will deliver the most famous four words in auto racing. “Gentleman, start your engines,” has been a staple of races around the country and world for decades.

White House spokesman Judd Deere said Thursday the president plans to attend the race. Track president Chip Wile confirmed the news in a release.

“Daytona International Speedway has been privileged to have hosted several sitting presidents of the United States over our history,” Wile said. “We’re honored that the president of the United States has chosen to experience the pageantry and excitement of ‘The Great American Race.’”

Trump is the third sitting president to attend a race at Daytona, but only the second to attend the Daytona 500. George W. Bush attended in 2004. Trump is the first to be given an honorary role in pre-race ceremonies.

Trump is scheduled to spend part of the Presidents Day weekend at his private club in Palm Beach, Florida.

The Federal Aviation Administration issued a flight restriction for Sunday and the U.S. Secret Service, which is responsible for presidential security, also tweeted to fans that drones are prohibited within 30 miles of the race in Daytona Beach — a restriction put in place for presidential visits.

Trump has hosted previous NASCAR champions at the White House and last October awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom to motorsports titan Roger Penske. Last year, Trump also praised retired driver Mario Andretti, the Daytona 500 winner in 1967, reminiscing about a ride Andretti gave him in a race car for his reality show “The Apprentice.”

“I said, ‘Mario, get me out of here. I want to get out of this car,’” Trump recalled. “We went so fast. We literally — we covered four blocks in like a second.”
