A CASE FOR MARTIAL LAW... secure our borders, stop the drugs and illegal aliens from entering the US

With each passing day the crisis on our Southern Border becomes more critical and dangerous... over 30K illegal aliens were detained in one day along the border. The CATCH AND RELEASE PROGRAM HAS NOT ENDED... Our Border Patrol catches these illegal aliens, they processes them and then releses them into the general population. They are not deported.

The President can end the problems on the Southern Border today... Declare a National Emergency on our Southern Border... present the case for Martial Law and impose it on a corridor several miles inland along our Southern Border. It is obvious that the CIVIL AUTHORITIES AND COURTS are unable to deal effectively with the INVASION along our Southern Border.

Martial law is used whenever civil authority exhibits an inability to maintain order... or fails to provide the security our Citizens demand. The Southern Border has become a lawless region. The federal and local authorities, including the Courts, have demonstrated they are unable to deal effectively with the situation: massive lawlessness, illegal migration, drug and human trafficking, and the infiltration of known terrorist are a threat to our national security.

A clear and present danger to our nation's and citizens security exists... as a result of the lawlessness along our Southern Border. A National crisis persist, one that the civil authorities have been unable or unwilling to effectively deal with for several years. The situation is not getting better... it is becoming worse.

There is historical and legal precedent for using the US Military to stop the incursions along our Southern Border... too, restore law and order. Gen. Pershing operated an expeditionary force, under martial law, from 1916-1917 all along our Southern Border, to keep Poncho Via from harassing and pillaging US Citizens. The President has the Constitutional duty to secure our borders from invasion and the incursion of lawless migrants, criminal cartels, and terrorist.

The President doesn't need Congress's approval for martial law... to secure our Southern Border. Martial law is not restricted to declarations of war. Martial Law has been used for many purposes in the US, including domestic riots and general lawlessness. The events on our Southern border are such that martial law is now necessary to restore our borders and national security.

Our national sovereignty is being challenged and our borders ignored... the war on drugs is taking over 70K American lives a year. The bulk of those drugs are entering thru our Southern Border. It is time to declare Martial Law. It is time to let the US Military take the necessary steps to secure the border... too, build the Wall and once secured, to return control of the border to civil authority.

Mr. President address the nation, present the case for Martial Law and order it... no civil court, federal or state, has any jurisdictional authority under martial law... they may not order it suspended. It would take an act of Congress to suspend martial law... and your veto and the IRE OF THE PEOPLE, would restrain that from occurring...

DO IT NOW while we still have a Nation... before we have car bombs going off on evey corner and ISIS raising its flag in our capital cities, killing, and raping our daughters and wives...
The threat from ISLAM IS REAL...

WTH -> Rosie O’Donnell Claims There Are ‘Over 100,000’ Concentration Camps In America

Actress and left-wing activist Rosie O’Donnell made the stunning claim that there are more than 100,000 concentration camps in states across the country, holding unaccompanied minors who illegally enter the U.S.

Appearing Monday on Bravo’s “Watch What Happens Live After Show,” Rosie O’Donnell was asked about the role she’s playing in Lights for Liberty, a rally being held July 12th to demand and end to what host Andy Cohan called “detention camps.”

“Yeah, the concentration camps, even though there’s lots of controversy about the word. But actually, legitimate scholars who study genocide say, yes, these are, in fact, the criteria for concentration camps, they meet them. There are over 100,000 camps in nearly every state,” O’Donnell said, failing to cite the scholars she mentioned. “There’s between 10,000 and 13,000 children, that could fill Radio City Music Hall twice. That’s how many children unaccompanied alone in these camps.”

O’Donnell, of course, was echoing fellow far-left figures like New York freshman Congressman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who has spent the last several weeks comparing the oft-overcrowded Border Patrol facilities currently holding thousands of unaccompanied minors who illegally entered the country with adults to contraction camps like the ones that executed Jews during the Holocaust. Indeed, that comparison was roundly rejected on Monday by the United States Holocaust Museum.

“The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum unequivocally rejects efforts to create analogies between the Holocaust and other events, whether historical or contemporary,” the organization said. “That position has repeatedly and unambiguously been made clear in the Museum’s official statement on the matter – a statement that is reiterated and reaffirmed now.”

It is worth noting that the policy of separating children from adults and holding them in separate facilities was expanded by Barack Obama. It was his administration that separated thousands of children from their parents as a way to deter illegal immigration.

Rosie O’Donnell Backs Elizabeth Warren’s 2020 Bid — ‘She Knows How to Handle That Baby in the White House’

Rosie O’Donnell said she is supporting Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) in the 2020 Democratic presidential primary.

O’Donnell said, “Warren is my choice.”

She added, “We need a leader. We need a leader, and she’s been leading. Every time she opens her mouth, she gets more respect. Because she has plans for everything, she knows what she’s doing. And I think she knows how to handle that baby in the White House.”
