BREAKING NEWS: Internal investigation finds 73 TSA workers to be on Terrorist watch list

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2015/06/09/ig-report-tsa-failed-to-identify-73-potential-terrorists-trying-to-get-access.html

On the heels of Transportation Security Administration workers flunking a security test at airport checkpoints, the results of a new audit show that -- while the agency keeps a robust system for screening commercial airport workers -- it still failed to flag 73 airport workers "linked to terrorism."

Apparently, TSA does not have access to all the terror watchlist information it needs to make those judgments.

“The TSA did not identify these individuals through its vetting operations because it is not authorized to receive all terrorism-related categories under current interagency watch-listing policy,” the June 4 Inspector General report stated.

According to TSA data, the people in question were working for major airlines, airport venders and other employers.

The agency acknowledged that individuals in these categories “represented a potential transportation security threat,” according to the report."  Foxnews.

And you wonder how planes are brought down........does not take a rocket scientist to figure that out....

Col. Nelson, thanks for giving your opinion concerning why the military does not act when the nation is confronted with a lawless, treasonous executive.

Most people believe that the "power is with the people" in our form of government, a representative republic. I do not enjoy saying it, but it is definitely not. And even if it were that would not curb tyranny at all, since tyranny can be instituted by the many as well as by an individual.

George Washington, Alexander Hamilton, and others of the founders knew, and expressed the opinion, that a Republic would only work for a small country. A country growing in land mass and population would soon enough find itself too large for this form of government, and it would naturally morph into despotism in time.

They were correct. This is the primary reason Washington regarded the government formed as an experiment, and one that would bring ultimate failure as the final destination based upon the historical record of Republics.

A nation must be maintained. It's purpose, principles, laws and moral compass must be constantly guarded. protected, and taught to each succeeding generation, much like maintaining a house, if it is to survive. Our nation has not had the national care and preventive maintenance to prohibit the decay and decadence that we now have become aware of.

It is interesting to note that neither the Declaration of Independence nor the United States Constitution refer to this "experiment" as a Nation. It is a Union, a Government, not a single entity comprising a Nation. Only the Pledge of Allegiance refers to it as a Nation, and indivisible as such. I find that remarkable.

We are a country, not a nation, composed of 50 parts (53 using Obama's math) and in order to prevent despotism the majority of them must come together to prevent it, and even then those that don't agree with the majority believe that they have the right to secede and go off on their own.

Any enemy, who takes the time to study this country, can easily see the inherent weakness in the "glue" binding it together, and that attacking this glue (the US Constitution) is where destruction of the whole can be achieved, and that is precisely what is happening under the current administration.

When the Constitution is ignored as a dead letter, the country will fall apart under it's own weight. And that is where we are, now.

My view.

One more thing. If the power was truly in the people one such as Obama would be removed. The polls, if accurate, show that the plurality of folks are unhappy with his performance, with many claiming his eligibility fraudulent, and many of his acts unconstitutional, even treasonous. So, why is he still there?

He remains because the Constitution he ignores is the same one that the rest of the government uses in allowing him to continue. He was "elected", therefore he can do what he wants until his term runs out. Those who oppose him will act indignant, but do nothing.

Cruz is considered a viable candidate. Why? Because he talks tough, like an American should when confronted with open disregard for the law.

The questions are: How, or by what means does one force Americans to be Americans? If the government, Local, State, and Federal, are comprised of Americans, then why do they not govern as such? And finally, if the United States is truly a Nation, why does it not secure it's borders and protect the people from assault, direct invasion, but seek to provide drivers license to the invaders?

Who is the enemy here? Can the enemy be identified and combatted as such? What civilized Nation, other than this United States, will allow pooping on sidewalks, burning the flag, killing the police, burning both public and private property while engaging in racial hatred and violence, freeing terrorists, aborting babies, performing "gay" marriage, and condoning overall lawlessness, yet still pretending to act as if God does matter, even while throwing Him out of public conduct, and at the same time welcoming a falsehood as lawful and good.

Either we have a Constitution, or we have a relic. Either God is one and real, or that is just an opinion. If there is no truth, then it is impossible for anything to be false.

What is needs to be faced. By all. And especially by those in leadership. With the right leaders, much can be gained, much ground retaken.

Is Cruz eligible? Be honest.

My view.

Excellent post Dale... the rule of law must not be arbitrary, it must be consistent in its application.

No Sen. Cruz is not eligible... to continue the ruse that he is says much about those in his camp. What other fundamentals of the Constitution do they see as expendable?

We either support the Constitution and the law or we don't... One can not pick and choose.  The arbitrary application of the law and Constitution is what brought us to where we are today. If the conservative movement doesn't understand that, America is indeed already defeated.

You cannot nullify a law not once but twice (and for a Foreigner to  boot) and then bring it back at will.

To get things back on track or as close as possible you have to fight fire with fire. You don't fight someone with a huge sword with a little pocket knife !  If you want to get rid of Communism you need to do whatever it takes; stay with the nullified law and bring it back,  and you guarantee another Communist in office and the OWG in full !

Is that that you want ?

Do you want America to have a chance for survival or not  - THAT is the real question.

Your choice. Take back the nullified law, and it's a death sentence for this land.

Angry Dem Impeachment ‘Witness’: Pam Karlan Donated Thousands To Hillary And Was On Clinton’s List For Potential SCOTUS Nomination

The House Judiciary Committee, chaired by Rep. Jerrold Nadler, kicked off its first impeachment circus Wednesday morning.

The four ‘witnesses’ testifying have never actually witnessed any of Trump’s dealings with Ukraine firsthand — the four witnesses are law professors offering legal analysis.

One of the witnesses the Dems rolled out is an angry Hillary Clinton donor who was on Crooked’s list for a potential Supreme Court nomination.

No wonder why this unhinged, dowdy woman is so pissed off!

“Professor Pam Karlan donated thousands of dollars to Democrats and was on Hillary Clinton’s list for a potential Supreme Court nomination. So she certainly has no vendetta against President Trump,” GOP Rep. Mark Walker said.

Congressman Walker also pointed out that Noah Feldman, the Dems first partisan witness in Wednesday’s hearing tweeted about impeaching Trump right after he was sworn in.

Meet Noah Feldman, House Democrats first partisan witness.

Look at the date of this tweet. He has been trying to get @realDonaldTrump impeached since 46 days into his presidency.

His reason? Trump criticized President Obama.

This is a sham impeachment with sham witnesses. https://twitter.com/NoahRFeldman/status/839185127494254592

The next witness, Karlan, has donated thousands to Democrats and was on Hillary Clinton’s list for a potential Supreme Court nomination.

So she certainly has no vendetta against @realDonaldTrump.

These witnesses are as serious as House Democrats impeachment case: not at all.

The entire sham show trial is stacked with partisan hacks who have wanted to impeach Trump from the moment he won in November of 2016.

Norm Eisen, the Democrats’ counsel who is blasting Trump and questioning witnesses in Wednesday’s show trial, tweeted about impeaching Trump before Donald Trump was even sworn into office!
