73 TSA workers on terrorist watch list... Obama's Administration hiring those on terrorist watch list

BREAKING NEWS: Internal investigation finds 73 TSA workers to be on Terrorist watch list

On the heels of Transportation Security Administration workers flunking a security test at airport checkpoints, the results of a new audit show that -- while the agency keeps a robust system for screening commercial airport workers -- it still failed to flag 73 airport workers "linked to terrorism."

Apparently, TSA does not have access to all the terror watchlist information it needs to make those judgments.

“The TSA did not identify these individuals through its vetting operations because it is not authorized to receive all terrorism-related categories under current interagency watch-listing policy,” the June 4 Inspector General report stated.

According to TSA data, the people in question were working for major airlines, airport venders and other employers.

The agency acknowledged that individuals in these categories “represented a potential transportation security threat,” according to the report."  Foxnews.

Why would there even be one ounce of shock

Your correct... not long ago it was revealed that the TSA was hiring individuals with serious criminal records... and a whole lot of 'affirmative action' hires... basically unqualified individuals with horrible work records and backgrounds.

When I travel all I can say is that those TSA officers I meet need a lot of improvement... in their demeanor, language skills, and public persona... I find many lounging around, socializing in groups, instead of doing their jobs... They seem distracted and detached.  Maybe that's why they flunked the security tests and the IG was routinely able to smuggle bombs and weapons onto air craft.  Affirmative action hires may not be the best idea.

The entire TSA program needs to be revamped... everyone in it vetted properly and the officers selected, must be the best qualified... not affirmative action hires... The TSA must be composed of highly professional and quality candidates... not high school GED's or drop outs... not former welfare queens or individuals with criminal records... let those individuals sweep floors and perform janitorial work... or other jobs they are capable of performing.

The TSA investigates White Christian grandmothers in wheelchairs, terrified 4-year old girls, anyone reading a Jewish newspaper.

They're not supposed to catch terrorists.

More proof that Obama is placing terrorists in major places to take out Americans.

Oren, we know exactly what Obama is doing. It is all about destroying the United States of America. Period. In any manner using any and all opportunities that he and his Iranian boss, Valerie Jarrett can make or utilize to accomplish that goal. A major target of all anti terrorism countries in the world should be the assassination of the Ayatolla Ali Khamenei.

how can one even be expected to have any confidence in a government so inept that you have this situation

Col. Nelson,

As a senior officer (retired) I would very much be interested in your opinion of why it is the JCS does not do as you suggest they do, request a meeting with Congress, lay out the criminal charges concerning the executive, and demand that removal procedures are in fact mandated by the United States Constitution,

In your professional opinion, what is it that prevents them from doing so?

I am sure others would be interested in hearing your opinion. I sincerely would.

The history and traditions of the US Military are diametrically opposed to what might be seen as mutiny... The ordinary and proper method for the lawful removal of the Commander in Chief requires action from above.  In this case Congress should initiate such action.  However, Congress has not acted and the President has become a clear and present danger to our Constitution and the Republic.

It is not a subordinate Officer's duty to remove senior officers or the President... that task falls lawfully to the Congress.  This is the primary reason the Military has not removed the President... it is unlawful.  The Military can and should advise the President of any unlawful orders, refusing to obey them, and in some cases resigning, when it becomes impossible to serve lawfully.

The primary duty of the Military is to obey the 'lawful orders' of the President and his senior officers.  The correct way to deal with a rouge President is too inform that President of any unlawful orders... refusing to obey them and offering lawful solutions if possible.  The moral duty of the officer is to disobey unlawful orders and if necessary resign. One must not obey unlawful orders. That is the extent and primary recourse officers have when dealing with a rouge President.

I would add, if every officer refused unlawful orders, the President would not be able to use the Military in an unlawful way... That includes waging unlawful wars or using the Military in a 'Posse Comitatus' roll.  In addition, one must consider that most of the Senior Officers today are Obama appointees... They have a direct allegiance to the President borne out of his patronage.  Loyalty is a significant and highly regarded quality in the Military, one not easily dismissed.

Finally, Senior Officer appointments have become vey politicized; more so, than in any other previous time in recent history.  This may account for the reluctance of Senior Military Officers to contact Congress, in a formal fashion, to request they act to restrain or remove the President.  I suspect private inquiries have been made by some, with a negative response. Hence, the reluctance of the Chief's to openly advance such a request.

This of course is my personal view and in no way constitutes the opinion of the US Military or it Senior Officers.  I personally don't like how Congress has left the Military high and dry... creating a climate where such discussions have become necessary.

Actually that "old adage" is from God - He is who warned us that if we do not learn from our TRUE history, we WILL repeat it.  That there is nothing new under the sun.   Eccl 1:9

And boy truer words were never spoken !  The entire Earth experience has been an endless re-cycle over and over again.

Showing mankind how dumb they truly are ! They are not capable of  LEARNING.

Colonel we all know we have a corrupt congress. If, in the situation our country is in now, and if what you say is the copout to be used by the military leaders in this dire situation, we have far more treasonous bastards to worry about than just a nut case president.

W, we must remember that Obama got rid of all the good real American Military top brass Military officers - he replaced them with his own kind, so they  obey HIM, not the Constitution as they are suppose to. Those there now are there in order to 'plow the road' for the Obama OWG.

That is why I've kept saying that the US Military is now our enemy also, because Obama has remade them into his own personal  military - they are no longer "AMERICAN" MILITARY.  They no longer exist to "protect  America" ! IF they did there would not be all these sudden military "drills" (that always ends up real so the 'drill' part is just the cover)   because no military are suppose to "train" off base and in our back yard !

It's against the Constitution to begin with and other laws that prevent military from operating inside our American borders on private lands !

Never in the history  of our land outside of the official wars, has there never been military tanks and trucks and soldiers  running up and down our streets and roads and raiding our homes !

That is also called COMMUNISM !

Horrible: Democrats Set The Constitution On Fire With Fraudulent Impeachment

House Democrats unveiled two articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump on Tuesday morning after an investigation that violated fundamental provisions of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

The investigation of the president began with the complaint of a so-called “whistleblower” who turned out to be a rogue Central Intelligence Agency employee, protected by a lawyer who had called for a “coup” against Trump in early 2017.

Democrats first demanded that the “whistleblower” be allowed to testify. But after House Intelligence Committee chair Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) was found to have lied about his committee’s contact with the “whistleblower,” and after details of the “whistleblower’s” bias began to leak, Democrats reversed course. In violation of the President Trump’s Sixth Amendment right to confront his accuser, Democrats refused to allow the “whistleblower” to testify. They argue the president’s procedural rights, even if they existed, would not apply until he was tried in the Senate — but they also invented a fraudulent “right to anonymity” that, they hope, might conceal the whistleblower even then.

Schiff began the “impeachment inquiry” in secret, behind the closed doors of the Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facility (SCIF) in the basement of the U.S. Capitol, even though none of the testimony was deemed classified. Few members of Congress were allowed access. Schiff allowed selective bits of testimony to leak to friendly media, while withholding transcripts of testimony.

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), having allowed the secret process to unfold, legitimized it with a party-line vote authorizing the inquiry. The House resolution denied President Trump the procedural rights enjoyed by Presidents Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton, and denied the minority party the traditional right to object to witnesses called by the majority.

Rather than the House Judiciary Committee, which traditionally handles impeachment, Pelosi also deputized the House Intelligence Committee to conduct fact-finding; the Judiciary Committee was turned into a rubber stamp. Schiff held a few public hearings, but often failed to release transcripts containing exculpatory evidence until after they had passed.

In the course of the Intelligence Committee’s investigation, Schiff quietly spied on the telephone records of his Republican counterpart, Ranking Member Devin Nunes (R-CA). He also snooped on the phone records of a journalist, John Solomon; and on the phone records of former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani, acting as President Trump’s personal lawyer.

Schiff’s eavesdropping violated both the First Amendment right to press freedom and the Sixth Amendment right to counsel. Yet he proceeded undeterred by constitutional rights, publishing the phone logs in his committee’s report without warning, confirmation, or explanation, alleging that Nunes and the others were part of a conspiracy to assist the president’s allegedly impeachable conduct. When Republicans on the Judiciary Committee asked the Intelligence Committee’s majority counsel, Daniel Goldman, to explain the phone logs, he refused to answer,

Ironically, Schiff had done exactly what Democrats accuse Trump of doing: abused his power to dig up dirt on political opponents, then obstructed a congressional investigation into his party’s and his committee’s misconduct.

Democrats’ articles of impeachment include one for the dubious charge of “abuse of power,” which is not mentioned in the Constitution; and one for “obstruction of Congress,” which in this case is an abuse of power in itself.

Alexander Hamilton, writing about impeachment in Federalist 65, warned that “there will always be the greatest danger that the decision will be regulated more by the comparative strength of parties, than by the real demonstrations of innocence or guilt.” Democrats have fulfilled Hamilton’s worst fears.

The Trump impeachment will soon replace the 1868 impeachment of President Andrew Johnson — which the House Judiciary Committee staff actually cited as a positive precedent — as the worst in American history.

In service of their “coup,” Democrats have trampled the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The Republic has never been in greater danger.

You don't get to interrupt me
