10-year old Johnny Jones suspended for shooting imaginary arrow

How about these nut case zero-tolerance school officials be reduced to imaginary jobs?

We have highlighted here many times the almost insane “zero tolerance” policies at school wherein students are disciplined, suspended and expelled for biting a Pop Tart into the shape of a gun, bringing Quarter coin-sized gun keychain charms to school, and even pointing a pencil and saying “bang.”

Now another case.

A fifth grader is suspended and faces expulsion for shooting an imaginary bow and arrow at school mimicking The Hunger Games.

Megyn Kelly reports (video at bottom of post):

A fifth grader in Georgia has been suspended for shooting an imaginary arrow at a classmate. The 10-year-old also faces possible expulsion.

The Rutherford Institute, which is defending Johnny Jones, says he was told he violated the school’s zero tolerance policy on weapons. They’re working to get the suspension reversed and lifted from his permanent record.

This is the societal castration of all American males by the progressive communists that fear real men who would stand up for their rights .  Shutdown and eliminate the federal department of education and teach " FACTS "  instead of communist propaganda .  Every teacher and school administration should be asked if they approve of these tactics and all who answer in the positive should be banned from teaching anywhere in the united States , that won't happen but we need someone to document ALL these idiotic incidences and start pushing lawsuits on both those doing them and their employers .

These people should be fired and never work with children again.

There mental unstable people.

You are so right. Communist agenda take the males out leaders. Start out young.

TAKE ACTION.

welcome to new world order

Everytime I read about another absurdity associated to academe or education such as this I do my best to remind PARENTS that their outrage is normal and also very healthy.  The libtards and progressives in education forget that education is paid for  by the People via property taxes dollars and thus, schools answer to Parents - not to the school board as their paychecks are paid for via state taxes as well.  It is good practice to lose a bit of pay now an again to take off from work to see the principal of the school directly and to ream that person a new a$$hole reminding them that Zero Tolerance for an arrow that does not exist has reached a point where you will take your children out of the school and home school them.  And when several hundreds of parents line up one after the other to leave the same message, these morons might catch on that en loco parentis does not mean that you want teachers to act crazy near your children - They are to act in lieu of a parent present but not like lunatics!  Warn these officials that school policy DOES NOT supersede Constitutional Provisions.  Leave telling them that in addition to removing kids from their rolls you will act to see their removal from the district.  (Schools lose money when kids are removed)  Finally on top of it this zero tolerance is a stupid message to send to anyone -- Teachers are allowed to have their own feelings but not to bar a sense of sanity and sense of freedom to a child.

WHAT A BUNCH OF CRAP.
IF THAT WAS MY KID I WOULD IMAGINARY KICK
THE CRAP OUT OF THE PRINCIPLE.!

THE AMBULANCE RIDE WOULD BE REAL.!!

Aw, come on folks, we can't have our children becoming free thinking gun totting individuals, they must be our slave. LOL!. As the old adage says: "AN UNARMED INDIVIDUAL IS A SLAVE; WHEREAS AN ARMED ONE IS FREE!" I've add a short question to that saying: "WHICH ONE ARE YOU GOING TO BE?"

US COMBAT VETERAN: Vietnam, '68-'69; 228th Avn. Bn. (ASH), 1st Cav. Div (AM) and former Armored Cavalry Scout (19D30) and damned proud to have served and would do it again. (However, not under BHO and his Socialist Regime.)

May the Great Spirit watch over all of us and guide our steps through eternity.

Horrible: Democrats Set The Constitution On Fire With Fraudulent Impeachment

House Democrats unveiled two articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump on Tuesday morning after an investigation that violated fundamental provisions of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

The investigation of the president began with the complaint of a so-called “whistleblower” who turned out to be a rogue Central Intelligence Agency employee, protected by a lawyer who had called for a “coup” against Trump in early 2017.

Democrats first demanded that the “whistleblower” be allowed to testify. But after House Intelligence Committee chair Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) was found to have lied about his committee’s contact with the “whistleblower,” and after details of the “whistleblower’s” bias began to leak, Democrats reversed course. In violation of the President Trump’s Sixth Amendment right to confront his accuser, Democrats refused to allow the “whistleblower” to testify. They argue the president’s procedural rights, even if they existed, would not apply until he was tried in the Senate — but they also invented a fraudulent “right to anonymity” that, they hope, might conceal the whistleblower even then.

Schiff began the “impeachment inquiry” in secret, behind the closed doors of the Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facility (SCIF) in the basement of the U.S. Capitol, even though none of the testimony was deemed classified. Few members of Congress were allowed access. Schiff allowed selective bits of testimony to leak to friendly media, while withholding transcripts of testimony.

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), having allowed the secret process to unfold, legitimized it with a party-line vote authorizing the inquiry. The House resolution denied President Trump the procedural rights enjoyed by Presidents Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton, and denied the minority party the traditional right to object to witnesses called by the majority.

Rather than the House Judiciary Committee, which traditionally handles impeachment, Pelosi also deputized the House Intelligence Committee to conduct fact-finding; the Judiciary Committee was turned into a rubber stamp. Schiff held a few public hearings, but often failed to release transcripts containing exculpatory evidence until after they had passed.

In the course of the Intelligence Committee’s investigation, Schiff quietly spied on the telephone records of his Republican counterpart, Ranking Member Devin Nunes (R-CA). He also snooped on the phone records of a journalist, John Solomon; and on the phone records of former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani, acting as President Trump’s personal lawyer.

Schiff’s eavesdropping violated both the First Amendment right to press freedom and the Sixth Amendment right to counsel. Yet he proceeded undeterred by constitutional rights, publishing the phone logs in his committee’s report without warning, confirmation, or explanation, alleging that Nunes and the others were part of a conspiracy to assist the president’s allegedly impeachable conduct. When Republicans on the Judiciary Committee asked the Intelligence Committee’s majority counsel, Daniel Goldman, to explain the phone logs, he refused to answer,

Ironically, Schiff had done exactly what Democrats accuse Trump of doing: abused his power to dig up dirt on political opponents, then obstructed a congressional investigation into his party’s and his committee’s misconduct.

Democrats’ articles of impeachment include one for the dubious charge of “abuse of power,” which is not mentioned in the Constitution; and one for “obstruction of Congress,” which in this case is an abuse of power in itself.

Alexander Hamilton, writing about impeachment in Federalist 65, warned that “there will always be the greatest danger that the decision will be regulated more by the comparative strength of parties, than by the real demonstrations of innocence or guilt.” Democrats have fulfilled Hamilton’s worst fears.

The Trump impeachment will soon replace the 1868 impeachment of President Andrew Johnson — which the House Judiciary Committee staff actually cited as a positive precedent — as the worst in American history.

In service of their “coup,” Democrats have trampled the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The Republic has never been in greater danger.

You don't get to interrupt me
