10-year old Johnny Jones suspended for shooting imaginary arrow

How about these nut case zero-tolerance school officials be reduced to imaginary jobs?

We have highlighted here many times the almost insane “zero tolerance” policies at school wherein students are disciplined, suspended and expelled for biting a Pop Tart into the shape of a gun, bringing Quarter coin-sized gun keychain charms to school, and even pointing a pencil and saying “bang.”

Now another case.

A fifth grader is suspended and faces expulsion for shooting an imaginary bow and arrow at school mimicking The Hunger Games.

Megyn Kelly reports (video at bottom of post):

A fifth grader in Georgia has been suspended for shooting an imaginary arrow at a classmate. The 10-year-old also faces possible expulsion.

The Rutherford Institute, which is defending Johnny Jones, says he was told he violated the school’s zero tolerance policy on weapons. They’re working to get the suspension reversed and lifted from his permanent record.

This whole thing has gone too far!  Kids should be allowed to be kids, and the school administration should be replaced with REAL people, not whatever has sneaked into our society!

This is outrageous, and I hope the boy's family can slap the school's dimwitted administration silly!  Zero tolerance should be for bullying, lack of respect for peers or others, but NOT for imaginary games!

Fire them all!  Then, blacklist them to boot!

Violence on TV and in Videos should be suspended, then, if children are expected to understand how to act like an adult, and withhold their childhood tendencies to mimic what adults produce.  GOOD GRIEF, SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS!!!  You're acting like a bunch of fraidy cats...timid about everything...afraid of life itself!

That's why I worry about our military.

With the constant threat from Liberal Socialist teachers scaring our kids to death about firearms, bows & arrows, etc. we are going to end up with an entire generation of wimpy-ass adults too afraid to stand up and defend our country from threats like Muslim terrorists or any country that decides to invade America.

Even Mexico will be a real threat.  Oh wait!  Mexico is already invading us.

I think this is all a part of a grand plan.... a plan to make Americans vulnerable to outside threats & force us to become a part of the New World Order, where a handful of people will rule the world & everybody else works in factories, fields or in businesses owned totally by the NWO.   People will not own guns or any other weapons they can use for self-defense.   For those who refuse to work in their designated "work zones", prison or death will be their alternative.

I agree this is outrageous. The leftist/communist morons running our school systems are stepping way out of bounds. They are preparing our youth to think that all guns/weapons are an evil to be banned. They are teaching them to be passive so the communists can take over our country in the future with no resistance whatsoever. This has got to stop.

This outrageous crap will not change until we the people, and we the parents change it, by whatever means we must. When an incident like this takes place, masses need to gather, storm the location, and clog up every inch of the area...if that can't be done peacefully, then take the next step. This so-called zero-tolerance is nothing but an early stage of a gestapo-environment that has become full-blown under Barack Obama and criminal associates in The District of Corruption. Lets try zero-tolerance for crime, criminals, drugs, atheist activities, knock-out games, liberal courts and judges, plea-bargaining, early-release, and reduced-sentencing. Lets have zero-tolerance for crime, period.

"Lets have zero-tolerance for crime, period."

Absoilutely!  And let's NOT make a CRIME out of being a CHILD!

Even if we no longer have kids/g-kids in school anymore...maybe we should  start attending local school board meetings...to monitor their agendas, and maybe even examine the school/district's policies....after all, we do pay school taxes...and those taxpayer $$$'s should have a voice...or at the very least become a 'known presence' at meetings; and when/if necessary notify the media.

You are so right on this...they are controlling the weather to control us..."Katrina" anyone ??? Earth-

quake in Japan, The Philipines weather, Haitians earthquake, they can control people for shooting

someone, this was proven by a well known "Doctor Nick Begich" ( HAARP Angels don't play this HAARP) he showed Jesse Ventura on Trutv , you can still find out more information on the computor

on Trutv Jesseventura , he is one of the last good "Governors in Minnesota", so type in (Trutvjesse )on

your computer and check it out ???

I agree, nobody can control the weather.  Global Warming, Climate Change & Carbon Footprints are words that are making the Al Gores of the world $Billionaires.

I keep wondering if that's where Obama is making some of his $Millions since he became prez?   It's funny how he keeps flushing $Millions/Billions (OF OUR TAX DOLLARS) down the toilet for these failed "green" projects.

NOT SO!  HAARP is, indeed a weather control device, although a truely faulty one.

Jesse Ventura was a 'Pro Rassler' for several years before becoming Governor.  One day his statements will be proved true.  People called all of US 'nut jobs', and some still do.  I still claim that World Trade 1, 2 and 7 were the subjects of controled demolition.  And that Ozwald was not alone in killing J.F.K.  Am I a 'nut job'?  Maybe, but there IS evidence...

There may have been additional bombs placed into Twin Towers by the Muzzie terrorists, I really don't know.   What I do know is that 2 planes did fly into those buildings, killing thousands of people, bombs or no bombs.

I hope Americans never forget who their enemies really are .....  Never forget 9/11

Horrible: Democrats Set The Constitution On Fire With Fraudulent Impeachment

House Democrats unveiled two articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump on Tuesday morning after an investigation that violated fundamental provisions of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

The investigation of the president began with the complaint of a so-called “whistleblower” who turned out to be a rogue Central Intelligence Agency employee, protected by a lawyer who had called for a “coup” against Trump in early 2017.

Democrats first demanded that the “whistleblower” be allowed to testify. But after House Intelligence Committee chair Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) was found to have lied about his committee’s contact with the “whistleblower,” and after details of the “whistleblower’s” bias began to leak, Democrats reversed course. In violation of the President Trump’s Sixth Amendment right to confront his accuser, Democrats refused to allow the “whistleblower” to testify. They argue the president’s procedural rights, even if they existed, would not apply until he was tried in the Senate — but they also invented a fraudulent “right to anonymity” that, they hope, might conceal the whistleblower even then.

Schiff began the “impeachment inquiry” in secret, behind the closed doors of the Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facility (SCIF) in the basement of the U.S. Capitol, even though none of the testimony was deemed classified. Few members of Congress were allowed access. Schiff allowed selective bits of testimony to leak to friendly media, while withholding transcripts of testimony.

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), having allowed the secret process to unfold, legitimized it with a party-line vote authorizing the inquiry. The House resolution denied President Trump the procedural rights enjoyed by Presidents Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton, and denied the minority party the traditional right to object to witnesses called by the majority.

Rather than the House Judiciary Committee, which traditionally handles impeachment, Pelosi also deputized the House Intelligence Committee to conduct fact-finding; the Judiciary Committee was turned into a rubber stamp. Schiff held a few public hearings, but often failed to release transcripts containing exculpatory evidence until after they had passed.

In the course of the Intelligence Committee’s investigation, Schiff quietly spied on the telephone records of his Republican counterpart, Ranking Member Devin Nunes (R-CA). He also snooped on the phone records of a journalist, John Solomon; and on the phone records of former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani, acting as President Trump’s personal lawyer.

Schiff’s eavesdropping violated both the First Amendment right to press freedom and the Sixth Amendment right to counsel. Yet he proceeded undeterred by constitutional rights, publishing the phone logs in his committee’s report without warning, confirmation, or explanation, alleging that Nunes and the others were part of a conspiracy to assist the president’s allegedly impeachable conduct. When Republicans on the Judiciary Committee asked the Intelligence Committee’s majority counsel, Daniel Goldman, to explain the phone logs, he refused to answer,

Ironically, Schiff had done exactly what Democrats accuse Trump of doing: abused his power to dig up dirt on political opponents, then obstructed a congressional investigation into his party’s and his committee’s misconduct.

Democrats’ articles of impeachment include one for the dubious charge of “abuse of power,” which is not mentioned in the Constitution; and one for “obstruction of Congress,” which in this case is an abuse of power in itself.

Alexander Hamilton, writing about impeachment in Federalist 65, warned that “there will always be the greatest danger that the decision will be regulated more by the comparative strength of parties, than by the real demonstrations of innocence or guilt.” Democrats have fulfilled Hamilton’s worst fears.

The Trump impeachment will soon replace the 1868 impeachment of President Andrew Johnson — which the House Judiciary Committee staff actually cited as a positive precedent — as the worst in American history.

In service of their “coup,” Democrats have trampled the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The Republic has never been in greater danger.

You don't get to interrupt me
