It’s on his to-do list, but U.S. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell says the odds are against repealing the health care law championed by President Barack Obama.
The Kentucky Republican said Monday it’s hard to unravel something of the magnitude of the 2,700-page health care law, WHAS-TV reports.
“If you thought it was a good idea for the federal government to go in this direction, I’d say the odds are still on your side,” McConnell said. “Because it’s a lot harder to undo something than it is to stop it in the first place.”
McConnell discussed the law in comments to about 50 people at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown. The state‘s senior senator was making stops at Kentucky hospitals discussing what’s next since last week’s ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court’s that the law was constitutional.

His job is to do the will of the people and not his will. Make him and all the rest do their jobs. http://www.constitutionaloversightposse.org/
Permalink Reply by Alan Ott on July 3, 2012 at 6:00am I hear revolution on the wind. This is scary stuff!! America cannot take much more of this BS. The great country America once was is all but gone, a mere shadow of its former self. I fear we're going to see Soros get his wish--we are just about to the point of being a second-rate has-been. This only cements that status in place.
A taxpayer revolt is what is needed--those who the IRS thinks they're going to tax over this need to refuse to pay. I suppose THAT'S what the new IRS S.W.A.T. teams are supposed to be for.

Perhaps this is why they are hell bent on dis-arming us and have a domestic army in place, and have just installed laws that make it legal to come into our homes, arrest us, without due process. And they can legally detain us indefinitely. And perhaps this is also why obama has installed his leftist czars and is buddying up to the UN.

What friggin republicrat ever gives a positive statement?
Translation: we don't know how to repeal it.
What an ass to even say this.
White flags anyone -- send this clown a few.

Permalink Reply by James Allen on July 3, 2012 at 4:40pm You idiots in Congress don't need to repeal it. It was declared a tax by SCOTUS. Tax (revenue) bills must originate in the House of Representatives. Obamacare originated in the Senate. It is null and void because it did not originate in the House. Repeal is not necessary. The House needs to declare it null and void. End of Story. Get it done, NOW.
