United Nations Seeks US-based Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration Specialists

UN-riot-police

It’s no secret that the United Nations, with assistance from members of the Executive and Legislative branches in the United States, has been actively working to reduce Americans’ accessibility to firearms. In 2012 President Obama, along with then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, spearheaded a backdoor move that would have imposed gun control on the United States through foreign means by signing a global disarmament initiative known as the Small Arms Treaty. Though that attempt failed, mass shooting incidents at Sandy Hook and elsewhere have kept the pressure on gun owners with the President having made repeated suggestions that he would mandate gun restrictions through Executive Order should state and federal legislatures fail to act.

Given the rocky history between America’s gun owners and the United Nations, chances are that the push for disarmament will continue with more ferver than ever before. In fact, a recent job posting at the United Nations website suggests that the organization is not only working to get guns out of the hands of American citizens, they are actively preparing personnel to assist in what they call “disarmament, demobilization and reintegration” activities. And if that’s not bad enough, the duty station for this key U.N. Peacekeeping Operations department is New York city, suggesting that the organization believes such operations may be commencing in the United States at some point in the future.

Who's going to step up to the plate and put their life on the line in order to take legally owned firearms from law-abiding citizens??

Whoever it is, have them wear one of those pretty blue targets, er helmets!!!!!

The UN military force, DHS,CIA,FBI,US military,State and local police, etc, etc, etc. It's coming so do like others are if you want to keep them. Support your state militia. Prepare like others. Call, write, yell, and support.

If R's did this it is more disgusting.

Henry... Then please explain the following...

WARNING: The following comment should scare everyone that reads it.

Last Friday, 6-20-14, my Wife and I were traveling North on I-26 just North of Asheville NC at slightly over the speed limit. Because of our 'slightly over the speed limit' (wink-wink) we caught up to a flatbed 18 wheeler in a matter of minutes. Once we were close enough I slowed waaay down in order to stay even with him. Both my wife and I were aghast at what we were seeing and for a few moments we were speechless (if you knew us you would understand why both of us being speechless is HUGE). On the back of the flatbed were two newly painted (baby blue) six wheel military-personnel carriers. These are the latest version of the anti-IED personnel carriers we saw being used near the end of the Iraq war. The one part of these vehicles that stood out like a bloody thumb was the two rather large letters that indicated that these vehicles were in fact United Nations personnel carriers. You cannot mistake the large dark blue letters of UN on a pale baby blue background.

We had a 40 minute drive to talk about what we had seen, and I can tell you that we had one heck of a conversation about them. The one thing we did agree about is something we should all be worried about... they are probably here to help local Sheriff Departments with Firearm confiscation from WE THE PEOPLE.

Fighting between muslims and the new world order. Obama is a renegade fighting for his muslim takeover. But I agree that we KEEP our guns. Thanks Henry for checking. One more thing, why in the world would the republicans do this?  I understand the rinos doing it.

If the Republicans did do this media blitz, I am more inclined to think they did so to expose what the Democrats are doing behind our backs and, behind closed doors. I view their "Media Blitz" a warning to all of us so that we can have enough time to build our Militia numbers up prior to any kind of UN presence on US Soil.

The time for us ALL to pull together is NOW.

I am an Air Transport Pilot based in Baton Rouge Louisiana. I run my own charter service. 90% of our charters are to points all along the Mexico border. We mostly transport Private Security Firm's employees and gear (weapons/ammo). I have personally seen literally thousands of Military vehicles from Hum V's to APV's to Tank's on rail cars, mostly over a mile long for the past year +. Some are painted in Desert Camo, some in Olive Drab Green.

I would encourage everyone willing and able bodied to get with your local VFW hall/s and express your desire to join in the fight with local Militia's. Most Militia's, including the one I am in, do NOT advertise on the internet and keep a low profile for obvious reasons.

If you elect to start your own Militia, do your very best by including as many Veterans as possible. We have the skills and knowledge that can keep you alive and covert.

God bless you.

Henry, I would agree, in part, with your statement, above.  However, the third paragraph is a dead giveaway and washes any credibility of the previous two statements. Thanks, but no thanks.

I do not believe in the "Illuminati" as a power entity. But, if I did I would see them as always divided as to how the world would be governed and way too smart to leave things to chance.

The position(s) are being offered on the UN site. The location(s) where the officer(s) will work are unspecified. You are implying that it may be a leap to far too think that they would be assigned here. But, given the crap that "our" government has been proven to have done, is justifiably accused of doing, and our well warranted suspicions about what they may do I think that it is not.

Mentioning the "Illuminati" seems to put you on at least the same level in the conspiracy *** realm that you are accusing the author of this piece of occupying.

Joe Biden On Violence Against Women:   We Have To Keep ‘Punching At It, And Punching At It, And Punching At It’

The audience laughed as he said this.

Former Vice President Joe Biden said that America needs to be “punching” back to combat violence against women during Wednesday’s Democratic debate.

Biden was asked if he would tackle specific issues regarding the #MeToo movement at the beginning of his presidency, if he were to be elected. The former vice president previously sponsored the 1994 Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), which aimed to protect victims of domestic violence.

The presidential candidate responded to the question about assaulting women by using the phrase “punching” repeatedly, apparently not thinking about the implications of using such a word.

“No man has a right to raise a hand to a woman in anger other than in self-defense, and that rarely ever occurs,” Biden said. “So we have to just change the culture, period, and keep punching at it and punching at it and punching at it. No, I really mean it.”

A few people laughed in the audience as he said this.

Biden added that it is important to pass the Violence Against Women Act, which has passed in the House and held up in the Senate. The former Vice President also suggested that America has to “fundamentally change the culture” of how women are treated, noting that it is “everyone’s responsibility.”

“It’s a gigantic issue, and we have to make it clear from the top, from the president on down that we will not tolerate it,” Biden said. “We will not tolerate this culture.”
