Add this phenomena to the earthquake we had here in Washington that split the Washington monument and damaged the National Cathedral.

Did this happen during the shutdown ?  Triptolemus ?? Washington Monument split and the National

Cathedral Damaged ???

The cathedral was damaged during the Great East Coast Earthquake of 2011

No, Woodrow Wilson is buried at the Cathedral. That caused the whole east coast quake. Obama is definitely a fan. There are at least two presidential tombs shaking since the pox known as Obama has illegally occupied the White House. One is in Illinois the other at Mt. Vernon in Virginia.

Thanks for bringing up the name of Woodrow Wilson. He's the architect of the progressive power grab in our federal government.

speaking of illegal occupation of the white house, check this on bo's birth cert:

this potus imposter has a LOT to hide.  Can you even begin to imagine the implications if it is ever found that he was never qualified to be the potus?

Sad and how all Real Americans should be feeling. Losing America to communists is sad when half the country Welcomes it! The same half would vote in Hitler an follow him too though.

Sadly enough, not everyone is a real American.

And those are the half that when the SHTF we take them out....... Pass a law that they have to have a big red dot on the foreheads, that is so we can hold a scope on them..... Then we go after the communists and take them all down.........

My God I love your attitude!!

Remember, Hitler created many government jobs and eventually the money runs out to pay these people.  Obama said the other day that we should be a shame because these government workers work for us everyday.  He also said that the government was the largest employer in the country.  The sad part of all of this is that we no longer have men like our forefathers.  We are all talk and no walk.  The only ones carrying out the walk are the left in power, and not the little guy.  The little guy is just playing right into their hands!

I ran into a very nice and reasonably intellilgent lady at the grocery store yesterday; and, after a few casual remarks, our conversation turned rather serious.  I mentioned the shame of how the WW2 Monument had been shut down - and even the American cemetery at Normandy!  She seemed to agree with me, but then said, "I hope I don't offend you, but those DAMN Republicans!!"  I said that I thought the Gov't shutdown was due to the President and that he didn't want his healthcare legislation tampered with in any way - and that he simply refused to negotiate with the GOP! She said something to the effect that he HAD been negotiating all along!  Well, I had no desire to get into a pissing contest with this otherwise very nice lady, so I said something innocuous and we both parted, smiling.

And then I reflected that this woman was probably just part of a HUGE percentage of our brainwashed population that believes everything the MSM/LSM has to say; after all, she comes from the generation that grew up on TV and at a time when most of the network news anchors were revered and totally believed.  No one could ever believe they were anything but honest and without an agenda, etc.  It made me sad to see what the MSM and the culture in general has done to this country - and how they've brainwashed folks who haven't had an independent thought in their lives.  Thus, if the people don't know that they're being led to slaughter, who can save them - and why should they try?  I'm just sorry that I'm enlightened to the degree I am and realize what an awful thing has befallen our country in the past generation.  Will we ever recover?

ALERT ALERT

Romney Handed Shock
Defeat By Own State’s GOP

Mitt Romney is back in state politics, this time in Utah instead of Massachusetts. However, conservatives in The Beehive State aren’t exactly warming up to the 2012 Republican standard-bearer quite the way many people expected they would.

After finishing second in votes at the state GOP convention, Romney will now face a primary in his run for the Senate seat being vacated by Orrin Hatch, Fox News reported.

At the convention in West Valley City on Saturday, Romney polled just behind state lawmaker Mike Kennedy.

Kennedy captured 50.18 percent of the delegate vote compared to Romney’s 49.12 percent.

That means the two will face off in a primary on June 26 to determine who will represent the GOP this fall.

Romney, the first Mormon to head a major party ticket, is considered an extremely popular figure in Utah and was widely expected to have an easy path to the upper chamber.

In a hypothetical matchup with Democrat Jenny Wilson, at least one poll showed Romney up by 46 percent. That’s, uh, slightly more than the margin of error.

However, among party loyalists, Romney isn’t exactly viewed with unalloyed fondness.

The 2012 presidential nominee was always known for being decidedly moderate, particularly on issues of immigration and global trade. There was also the fact that he ran a campaign so bumbling that it almost made Michael Dukakis look good.

And then there was Romney’s war of words with Donald Trump during the 2016 campaign, which likely led many to perceive he secretly wished Hillary Clinton would take the Oval Office.

Trump would later consider Romney as a secretary of state pick, although how serious the president-elect was about appointing him is something we’ll likely never know.

While your average Utah Republican is unlikely to let these slights affect their vote, hardcore party activists probably don’t want another RINO who isn’t exactly known for his rapport with the president in the upper chamber of Congress, no matter how famous he may be.

For his part, Romney tried to put a good spin on the humiliation.

“I’m delighted with the outcome. Did very, very well,” he told KSTU. “On to a good, important primary ahead. This is terrific for the people of Utah.”

Dude, you just lost to a guy nobody has ever heard of. However, Kennedy was happy with the results, and unlike Romney, he had good reason to be.

“I’m a candidate with a compelling life story and a unique set of life circumstances I’d like to use to serve the people of Utah,” Kennedy said.

I have no idea what that story or those circumstances are, but I think the key point here is that he’s not Mitt Romney. If he wants to win, that’s pretty much what he should be focusing on. I can see the billboards now. “Mike Kennedy: Not Mitt Romney.” “Mike Kennedy: He didn’t borrow Ward Cleaver’s haircut.” “Mike Kennedy: Because Utah deserves a senator whose favorite food isn’t buttered noodles.”

Utah’s electorate tends to be less conservative than convention-goers, so it’s unlikely that Romney won’t be the GOP nominee for Senate. However, that’s not a 100 percent certainty — and it wouldn’t be the first time he’s lost to a Kennedy.

What do you think?
